Dr. Underberg is the best doctor ever. I have been with him for over 25 years. His new solo practice is wonderful. He is one of those old time doctors who actually cares about his patients, listens to their concerns, and provides accurate and thorough diagnoses and treatments. He makes himself available whenever he is needed. One of the perks: there is never any waiting time in his office which shows his respect for his patients' time. If he doesn't know something , he always knows a specialist who does. He often consults with his colleagues to ensure the best treatment possible for his patient. Every other doctor to whom he has referred me to raves about him professionally and personally as well.

Does anybody else know the book omega city? if so you would realize this guy has the same exact last name as one of the main characters. I just think that pretty cool tbh. free 5 stars for having same name as a character in my fav book lol.

Dr. Underberg has been my trusted physician for many years. He is thoughtful, insightful and stays current in his field.

Dr. Underberg is confident, knowledgeable and caring, and always upbeat. And more importantly than anything, he listens attentively and patiently, never rushing or distracted. More to the point: he saved my life by referring me immediately to the emergency room when I had the main artery to my heart almost completely blocked, after another physician had suggested that it could be treated with lipid medication at home. His chosen specialty in lipidology is just one area in which he is recognized as an expert; his overall knowledge of all matters in internal medicine is astounding, and it seems that after every conversation with him he imparts some new medical insight that had never been previously known to me. In the office for an appointment, he will take his time and perform a thorough examination and consultation. Dr. Underberg is a rarity. It is for that reason that he is my Castle Connolly personal concierge doctor. Yes, I would recommend him to my family and friends.
