Arthur I Lester's Online Review Report Card

I actually can't believe that doctors like this still exist. He spent more time trying to guess my ethnicity based on my last name, asking why I was so dressed up, explaining the trends on Work from Home and complimenting me on the "lack of fat" in my neck than asking *any* questions about my symptoms and my concerns based on an MRI that had already been referred to him. He just told me that I "had allergies" and prescribed a nasal spray for me - my 20 years of constant symptoms and the cyst in the MRI say differently. Steer clear of this one, especially if you're a woman. UGH.

Horrible. I took off work twice so he can help with my problem. And he tried to tell me about my body and how he don’t see anything wrong. I said I know my body I’m here to get test done and he refused to send me to get any test done. Such a waste of time! Thanx for nothing

I arrived at 5 Franklin Ave Belleville. When I scheduled the appoint I confirmed address with the person over the phone. his office moved like 3 months ago. I go by medical transport. Would have to schedule another ride. Not going back. find another doctor. very unprofessional. and change your address on google. it is incorrect. They better not bill me. I'm not paying.

I had a parotid gland tumor removed by Dr Lester, his work is fantastic.

I went to this doctor's office bcuz mucus is always clogging my left nostril causing it to bleed bcuz of my excessive nose blowing. but when dr Lester called me into his office, he immediately said, your problem is your weight, that's why you can't breathe, but when i tried to explain my mucus issues, he would cut me off to talk more about weight loss surgery, and the origin of my last name, i felt insulted bcuz i didn't go to an E.N.T specialist to talk about my weight, i needed to talk about my nose, which he never examined, this doctor is horrible, i waited almost 2 months for this vist.and he wouldn't even listen to my symptoms, DONT GO TO THIS DOCTOR, ITS A WASTED VIST

The Dr. is OK. The front desk Luan is totally nasty. She kept yelling a Spanish speaking patient who was just trying to pay his bill just because she doesn't understand Spanish. In what world is she leaving? what kind of customer services is she providing?

I am having the worst office experience. I had a doctor appointment in the beginning of April and as of yet they have NOT done the paperwork for my CAT scan. I have call every week and sometimes every other day. They keep telling me they will give information to Dr. Lester nurse to get insurance approval. NOTHING has done as of YET.WORST SERVICE EVER and cannot even reach with Dr. Lester because he is not available. He available to take money from the insurance BUT he is not available to speak with the patient.

It was Very hard to get an appointment as much as I explained I needed one right away. I went to my appointment and I waited almost 2 hours to be seen! Told the doctor I felt like my son stuck something up his nose because he had a foul odor coming out he then proceeded to tell me he thought he saw a polip meaning possibly have cystic fibrosis. I was at this point in tears thinking the worst he sent him for a CAT scan and sweat test obviously i was a mess after thinking it could be the worst never got a call back about the testing I had to get all the testing myself just such a horrible experience!!!! Finally decided to take him for a second opinion went to University Hospital where the staff was excellent and I was seen in less in 5 minutes! Talked to the doctor explained the whole situation he looked in his nose and pulled out a huge ball of paper it took him just one look and he knew something was there. Dr Lesters staff was terrible and he was even worst! I would never recommend them!!!!

Dr. Lester is one of the best, and his track record of 40+ years in the industry shows for it. Do not let the people hiding behind internet anonymity deter you. He truly knows the ins and outs of everything otolaryngological. 74 years old and still as sharp and in the game as somebody half his age!

3 phone calls, 2co pays for visits and a test- and 0 results from this dr. I walk around suffering from throat problems bc I don't have the time to take off work AGAIN to pick up results since the staff won't call me back with them. Need to find a new doctor who will follow up
