Decca Mohammed's Online Review Report Card

I have been going to Dr. Mohammad for the past 5 years & I have always been pleased with my experience UNTIL I became pregnant. I kept her as my doctor until I was decided on my birthing plan & if I wanted to give birth at the birthing center. Once I made this decision the office staff & doctors were disgusting to me. I waited over an hour for them to send over my records to the new doctor while I wanted. I also had consistent yeast infections while I have been pregnant & I called them in the middle of my transfers and they refused to provide me with a refill of the prescription that I once had. As a pregnant woman I am so shocked at the audacity and lack of concern for my health and well-being.

Elizabeth and Decca are good doctors but their secretaries are horrible. They do not know what are they doing. They never answer the phone, they constantly mix up appoitments and simply do not care about patients at all. They change doctors to their convenience without informing you as well. I used to see Dr. Decca Mohammed, but the secretaries changed me to Dr. Keeter without my knowledge or consent. I tried to do my annual twice office, but the secretaries at the office claimed that I did not have an appointment despite the fact I made the appointments IN OFFICE with them. I refuse to put up with this any longer. It is unfortunate, as the doctors are good but it is impossible to see the doctor if the receptionist can't even book and keep patients' appointments.

the best and most professional obgyn they take care of you Dr. Mohammed is a great doctor and P.A. Elizabeth is awesome as well! I would recommend them to who ever is looking for a good GYN.

Love Dr. Mohammed, but SOME of her staff needs a lesson proper office procedures.

Dr Muhammad is the best gynecologist I have ever had! Her phone system on the other hand, is worthless. You cannot get them on the phone they don't call you back all you ever get is voicemail with no response. I've been trying to get an appointment for the past two weeks and I cannot get anyone on the phone. I do not want to change doctors but having an office that doesn't answer the phone or return your call is making me think I might have to.

While I didn’t meet the doctor I met with the PA. The staff seemed friendly. However, its very uncomfortable when you’re trying to ask questions and they shut you down as if they know more about what’s going on in your body than you do. Being dismissive to someone’s concerns is unprofessional

I had a major surgery administered by Dr.Decca Mohammad almost a year ago December of 2021. There were red flags before the surgery, I was instructed to be at the hospital at 6am to register and the procedure was scheduled for 8am. Her new office manager at the time had all of the documents needed for my procedure yet she (the new office manager)failed to submit them in a timely manner. Hence me being the last patient operated on at 8pm instead of the first at 8am. Everything after that went downhill. I'm still having issues with the procedure that Dr. Mohammad performed. I've called her recently, left several voicemail messages and have even spoken to her staff and Dr. Mohammad has yet to return my calls. This is a doctor that I've known for 22 years. I'm very disappointed .

Dr is amazing the staff not so much. My appt was at 11am got in at 10:50am it’s 1pm and still waiting. SMH..Bad time management. No one is communicating the nurse told me to wait 30 more minutes then the manager said they called me and thought I left. Ughh so frustrating.

Dr. Mohammed is a great doctor. The office is a horrible place it is September 27 and they’re telling me that they don’t have an appointment till December 9 to see my doctor. From a business perspective this is horrible.
