I used to go to this doctor 3-4 years ago. I don’t know what happen to her and her staff. No one picks up the phone or calls back. This was scary and led me to find a new doctor. She had great staff, but no one calls you back.
That’s the problem, there isn’t any communication and no one ever calls you back. They all have attitudes also. Office has changed so much in the last years because of the pandemic.
I have been a patient for almost 20 years. Dr. Walker has seen me through not just personal medical issues but also through family medical problems that affected my well being. She is the ONLY Physician/medical practitioner that I've ever dealt with that has ALWAYS taken the time to actually talk to me and listen to my problems/issues and life pressures. Dr. Walker has always made herself available ...
You call and no one answers. Medications aren’t refilled on time and you’re forced to miss doses. Office staff is rude. The merge with Englewood Hospital has made things worse. Glad I switched to a doctor who actually wants to treat patients.
Office staff is horrible and rude. Her merging with Englewood Hospital made it worse. She can’t keep office staff for more than 6 months!!! I don’t know what’s happen to that place, there was a time when the office was run so smoothly and things got done. No one calls you back even when you leave 8+ messages over a three week time period. Going to the actual office to get things done is worthless also because she is never in the office anymore and it’s randomly closed and empty. No one should go without necessary medication because the staff/doctor refuses to listen to messages and get back to people. I miss her old staff that got things done. Since her phlebotomist and her office manager left two or three years ago, the office has fallen apart. She should really look into getting them back.
when you can get an appointment with her, she's good, but her staff and the way that office is run is terrible. they cancel appointments without notification and then say they called, its a pain to get a callback if you get one at all, it's difficult to get answers, and that's just to name a few. the staff turnover there is very high, so I'm not sure if it's because they're overworked or what is going on. unfortunately the Dr. is not enough to keep me as a patient when 90% of the interactions are with the staff and its always a headache.
I have been going to her for over 20 years. She is great person and Doctor. Takes the time to listen to you. However she needs to get more staffs , since I guess they either overwork or needs someone to organize the office and staffs. They don't let you know about your blood result,. Plus they have done the EKG wrong,. leading to inaccurate reading. Which lead into seeing a heart Doctor unnecessarily . Her waiting area and inside her patients area is not as clean as it use to be. Unfortunately as much as I like her, looking for another Doctor
Great doctor but never available. Awful staff that lack tack to deal with patients and lack customer service.
Dr. Is good and takes her time with patients. However her staff isn't as professional they are not organised, I really miss the old lady she had before in 1999 she did everything on her own and was on point, sweet and responsible. This new staff don't get back to you with blood works and other pending paper work. They don't care about patient first, patient satisfaction and patients health. They book your appointments a month to month basis when they know you need to see the Dr. They decide for the Dr. You can never get to speak with Dr. On your results. It's the staff that tells you something that isn't right. I'm really looking to find another primary Dr. Anyone have any suggestions?
Years ago her staff was on point, she had this one old lady who was good at what she did. now there's five at the front desk and have no clue. they don't return calls nor make Dr. Walker aware her patient was reaching out to her. She really needs to re hire a new group of staff members who have empathy towards patients. Overall Dr. Walker is the best!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
