Please do the public a favor and get out of the medical profession. You are just in it for the money. You should know by now that when a patient has a thyroid nodule and then fibrocystic breasts leading to hasimotos or hypothyroidism, this should give you a clue that it is estrogen dominance and do something about it. You should not automatically be reaching for a prescription pad and starting them on the road to becoming a walking pharmacy. Get a clue. All of these situations are connected. If you did your job correctly, you would know this by now. You are doing more harm than good. Why do we need you? This is why the public has lost all faith in doctors. You are worthless.

I've never seen a doctor's office where a patient is kept on hold for over 45 minutes. This is not once or twice but several times. The doctor is left a message and wouldn't call back. Very inefficient.

I wish i could give no star. Went there years ago and it was horrible. Decided to go somewhere else when I called for my records they said they didn't have any records to give. I also have had numerous biopsies done, bloodwork. Yet they couldn't find any records. And the staff there was so incompetent and rude.

I have not been a patient of DR Prus since March 2019 i had 2 appointments with cards when i got to the office the girls told me i had no appointment , so i stop going there office staff did to much talking and not helping customers . Here we are April 2 2020 and my pharmacy receives refill prescriptions for me WHAT WHY HOW . doesnt she look at her records and say wow this patient hasnt been here in over a year and look at the file instead no she sends scripts over . if i didnt notice her name as the doctor might have taken a script that i no longer take and this could have been a Big problem ,

Horrible This was my third visit, a follow up for very high thyroid levels. Sat in waiting room for 15 before being told they no longer take my insurance and she couldn't see me. Left me high and dry for meds which can be super dangerous. Not so much as an I'm sorry for not calling you ahead of.time.

She needs to retire before she is sued. Been to her 3 times all she does is compliment how I dress

I have only been to this doctors office 3 times and 2 out of 3 were horrible the first time i waited a long time in the office to be seen . the 2nd time i went i had a card for a appointment and when i signed in the girl called me up and said you dont have a appointment today i showed her the card she said sorry but there is nothing scheduled . i know what happen when i made apt the phone rang and the girl wrote the card out but never put it in the system . so i had to reschedule i was not happy . Now i see dr prus advise her what happens she said she apoligizes . now i make a appt for 6 months later the dr said she will send me a order for my blood work in mail . What a joke my apts is due and no blood work order come in mail i called office 4 to 6 times left messages after messages spoke to several people and no one called back . i even spoke to the manager of the call center who finally reached Gina the office manager who did fax me order this was very frustrating the least . Did the doctor even read any of her messages This office is not efficient . god forbid there be a real emergerncy you would never get in touch with the doctor . So i show up on friday march 1 for my apt after thursday i had foot sugrey and was a struggle to get there as it was . i sign in and was called to window the girl saids you dont have a apt today i go oh yes i do took out the apt paper that i got 6 mths ago the girl said well DR pruz is not in the office today she is in maplewood office she changed her schedule months ago i was never notified to reschule my apt , the manager come over and saids did you rec a confirmation call last night i said no .she said because you dont have a apt . i said why wasnt i contracted to advise me to reschedule 6 mths ago she said it must have slip threw the cracks . This is Bull i need to find a another doctor

Dr. Prus is very thorough. She really cares about her patients. Highly recommend

I do not recommend going to this doctor at all. Not only does she lack empathy and bed side manners, but she was the least helpful doctor my father has ever been to. My father has gone to many doctors concerning his chronic sleep disorder and was helplessly seeking advice from Dr. Prus on what he should do, but was met with hostility and complete disrespect. He explained to her that his primary doctor referred him to her because there’s a chance that his sleeping disorder might be related to a hormonal imbalance, but she sternly rejected it and said his thyroid is normal. He then proceeded to ask are there other hormones that might cause it aside from the thyroid hormone and she once again cut him short and said his thyroid is fine. He then asked if he can be tested for other hormonal imbalances and she rejected him once again by stating that it would cost a lot of money. He kept his composure and told her that he has been struggling for many years and would like any advice on what he should do. She told him it’s illegal to give him advice, despite him making this appointment for consultation. Finally my father asked her if her reluctance to help him was due to her only specializing in thyroid hormone (which isn’t the case), and if so he’ll happily see another endocrinologist who may know the answers to his questions. She had no response. After a few more impatient exchanges she proceeded to tell him to get out of the office because she had other patients waiting, completely ignoring the fact that my father is a patient also seeking help. My father made this appointment so that a doctor would care enough to test him and patiently explain things to him, not so he can be undermined and kicked out of a patient room. Even if she couldn’t help him, the least she could have done is patiently give him advice and explain why she may not be the best person to treat him. I hope nobody ever has the misfortune of going to this doctor for help as she clearly doesn’t care.

Ever wait for 4 months for an appt. and then get yelled at by nurse that you waited too long to come in? well this person has! twice now they forgot to refill scripts. the website has wrong address for Belleville office. DONE! MINUS ONE STAR!
