Liars and a waste of time. They claimed they called to reschedule the appointment. Yet I have no record on my call log of any call attempts made. The office is way too small for the amount of people they schedule appointments for. If you're fluent in spanish and have all the time in the world. By all means come here.

I haven’t even been to the office yet and already I see problems. I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist tells me to call my insurance first and have Dr Aristy listed as my PCP. I said no that’s not necessary with my insurance. Then she says ok then I can give u an appointment for blood work after that I will give u another appointment to see the Dr. So I have to take 2 days off work to see this Dr? Next question how soon will my appointment be after the blood work? Not sure I can’t say. What?! Already completely turned off I guess they think everyone uptown is unemployed or maybe just trying to milk my insurance and add to my copay responsibility. Not cool at all.
