NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. The doctor is great, love her! BUT the staff is absolutely HORRIBLE. They are rude, fight against you every step of the way, they are not interested in helping you in any way. They DO NOT take down your messages, they simply don't care. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

The doctor told me she wouldn’t be working with pregnant women anymore during my 6th month of pregnancy smh you would think she would finish seeing her pregnant patients before she just drops us in the most crucial time of our pregnancy

I made an appointment at 4:00pm. However I wasn’t seen till about 4:30pm, as Laura was late to the office. I understand if she was backed up due to having other patients, but this was not the case. It is unprofessional to arrive late to your practice, as people make appointments for a reason. Then when I asked the front desk why I haven’t been seen yet, they were rude and sloppy and said “she’s running late”. I feel the front desk could’ve been more professional and understanding. I have experience working front desk, patients see the receptionist before they see the doctor and appearance is important as it’s where patients get their first impression. If staff looks messy and un neat, you can only get such an impression for the doctor. That same day I had questions and concerns, but I feel my questions and concerns were left in the air and I did not receive the answers or knowledge I was hoping for. On top of that they spelled my last name wrong and I corrected the front desk and it was never fixed. I was sent to do some blood work however, I was not able to get it done as my last name was spelled wrong, “indicating it wasn’t me” .Also, They have a $40 dollar fee for missed appointments. However I was not informed about this prior to my appointment till I missed my appointment and received a voicemail saying I owed $40 due to not arriving to the appointment. They have a text message reminder that’s states “reply Y to confirm appointment”. I never confirmed it so was confused. It honestly makes no sense to have a system that asks to confirm the appointment, when the appointment isn’t confirmed and you “miss it” You get a missed appointment fee. Save your time and money and go else where. Since then I’ve been to a different practice and have received abundant information and knowledge and have had a better experience with the front desk.

I love this Dr so much. I’ve been with her for the last 5 years now. She delivered my second child, and now will be delivering my third. She is just lovely, I’m very grateful to have found her.

This practice is terrible on many levels! Most recently I found out Dr. Lauriston does not have hospital privileges at the hospital stated on her website or any other hospital. I found out in week 38 of my pregnancy because I went to the hospital for another health issue. She never disclosed and the nurses informed me that NONE of her patients have been informed and are coming in to give birth not knowing she won’t be delivering their baby! Second the staff is rude, lazy, and don’t follow up as scheduled. They do not call with lab or test results and always seem disinterested in being helpful. Third the bathroom is never completely clean! There has been a nasty bottle of cruddy soap in there for months and no paper towels. Fourth they are careless, my NIPT bloodwork had to be done twice because they used an expired kit the first time and then I was never told the results after the second time. Side note the person who took my blood the second time was so sloppy and got blood on my clothing. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE!

Wonderful, quick and caring place to provide all of your OBGYN services. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a check up or additional appointments.

Very efficient office. Dr Lariston is efficient and compassionate. She can sense when a patient needs additional assurance and will work to give them comfort.
