Shes the Best. She pushed to get second opinion for my high risk pregnancy due to abnormal report by some other gyne doctor. She took care of me very nicely all my pregnancy and guess what my daughter was normal and so beautiful. The whole process was easy due to her on my first pregnancy. I show my daughter her(Dr. Kithinji) photo telling her she save her life by stopping me from abortion.

I like Dr. Kithinji and have been seeing her for several years. The reception staff that works in her office are incredibly rude and not helpful. They have literally hung up the phone on me several times. For this reason, I will be switching gyn offices.

If you are going to the office prepare to deal with incompetent unprofessional front office staff, all the doctors are wonderful, its really pitiful.

Dr. Kithinji and staff are rude and impersonal. Sensitive topics are discussed with callousness. The nurses are terrible on the phones. They always tell you they will get back to you but never do. Front desk laugh amongst themselves but speak condescendingly to patients. I have been going to them for years and still there is no sense of loyalty. I have had enough of this doctor and the staff here.

I have been seeing Dr. Kithinji for many years and absolutely love her as a physician. She is highly qualified, very capable and quite personable.

I like my dr, but the staff, especially the nurse that is there the majority of the time, is literally out of control. I'm 7 months pregnant was there just this past Wednesday, and the nurse flipped out on me because SHE forgot to order my shot because of my blood type. Before the dr got there, she proceeded to talk about me out loud and laugh and sing about me to the staff, and they went along with it, especially Pauline the receptionist. Then she had to take my blood and was yelling at me in front of the dr and the whole staff during and after no one did a thing. No exaggeration, never in my life have I dealt with animals like this who are around pregnant women all day. All they do is joke around too. But the nurse is the worst, so mean and hostile. I told the dr, she will never touch me again, she has to do all the work herself then. Just because of the nurse and staff I do NOT recommend it here, after my baby is born I'm switching doctors, they can thank the nurse and staff for that
