Mark E. Weinstein's Online Review Report Card

Me and my mother had an appointment today to see an allergist and we came to see Ms.Mercy she was very helpful and answered all of our questions. This was our first time here and left very satisfied and All the staff was so kind.

Dr. Weinstein is a fantastic doctor. The one problem is the older woman who does not comprehend what the patient states. For example, I asked for a script to be send to a different pharmacy. However, she made a big deal about it and did not understand why I wanted it to be send to another pharmacy. She finally agreed. But when I went to the pharmacy, the pharmacists told me that she did not fax anything to them. It was supposed to be for a new epi. She lied and the pharmacy had to call them to address the situation. Hope this information is helpful to new patients and those who go there as a regular. Overall he is fantastic! The office is well prepared!

My son & I absolutely love Dr. Mark Weinstein & his Staff ! Dr. Mark informed me that my son had Atopic Dermatitis. I was devastated when I heard the news but he was the only dr to give me answers on why my babies skin was so inflamed . Coming here has truly changed our lives and I couldn’t be more grateful ! Just look how happy my son is & how comfortable he is in his skin ! I just want to say THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOUVE DONE !

Dr. Weinstein is an amazing dr he was the first dr to diagnose my son with chronic hives and now trying to get an appt with him has been such an ordeal. I have been waiting for almost 6 months to get my son in the Belleville office to be seen. His appt has been changed twice because of so called emergencies and again we are made to wait for appt. If you have hives you can understand how itchy, uncomfortable and distracting they can be. I find it so ridiculous that they can not put the doctor on the phone to accommodate for a telemedicine visit or send a script until his office appt. this is the most aggravating thing EVER to watch your child suffer because the office is not accommodating I wanted to make an addendum to my post to say that I appreciate Dr. Weinstein for listening to my cry as a mother who was desperate to get her child help. The manager, Blanca called me back today after hours to make my son a telemedicine appt ASAP. You have no idea how much that means to me and my son we appreciate this office and his astounding response to get my son in. I knew from my sons very first appt in cedar grove where I first met Dr. Weinstein that he was special but this truly goes way beyond that. Thank you for listening to my motherly cry and acting accordingly. It will forever be appreciated you have no idea! Blanca your are certainly appreciated as well. Thank you 🙏🏾

Dr. Weinstein is awesome. He takes his time to explain things, answers all of my questions (I have a LOT), and is patient, understanding, and compassionate while doing so. His staff is professional and friendly. When I call the office with questions or concerns, he always personally calls back on the same day between appointments to talk to me. And he assures me that he’s always available to us—that has definitely been the case. So happy we found this wonderful practice!

Excellent Dr. Excellent Staff. He takes his time with patients and is very patient. Answers any and all questions throughly and with a smile and pleasant demeanor. He cares about his patients. I highly recommend.

Dr. Weinstein is informative, professional and kid friendly. I left the office feeling confident with the answers and guidance I received for my son.

BEWARE!!!! This office is a dump. They front staff office is so RUDE and unprofessional!!! I called the office for a consultation to see a doctor for my daughters asthma. I showed up and the reception advised me the doctor isn’t in on Thursday only the PA (Even though I initially called so my doctor can see a doctor.) They should have advised me the couple of times I called prior too. So frustrating.

Dr Weinstein was able to figure out my daughter’s diagnosis when everyone else was stumped. When my husband & daughter returned home from her appointment, they both praised him & couldn’t say enough about his wonderful staff. It was well worth the hour drive each way to see such as exceptional doctor.
