I went to Verona office to see Dr. Michael Ciccone and it was horrible experience.I went to there because I woke up several times at night. because of that I have lack of sleep and fatigue during daytime, not for kidney stones.I knew I had kidney stones since 2014.I clearly mention the reason I visited but end up I got a bill for ultrasound, X-ray and consultation fee for kidney stones.Also got mail for kidney stone procedure appointment date without discuss with me. After long phone call I finally cancelled it because without reason they don't cancel it. Does it make sense?

The doctor was excellent. The staff could be better though. I had to wait for almost 2 hours and the front desk staff weren’t really nice or friendly. Instead they were intimidating and kind of scary.

Front desk horrible, not kind to patients, with big attitude on her shoulders. Appointment time doesn't mean anything to them. Waiting is at least 1 hour if not more. Doctor is also very old and difficult to understand.

Michael Ciccone and NJ Urology were absolutely horrible. Staff never answers phone. Wait weeks for a call back from Dr. and then he blames his staff. He will never tell about after effects of surgery because he 's afraid he wont get your money if you change your mind. Left me worse off after surgery than I was before. Does not care about his patients! Only cares about their money! DO NOT LET HIM TREAT YOU!!!!! d
