Insensitive and irresponsible people. The distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine is horrible. They are exceeding their capacity (overbooking) and cannot vaccinate patients at their scheduled time. My mother’s appointment has been canceled 3 times during the las 2 months. She is 93 years old.

It sucked to many people in there office. The staff is rude .they never took any one temperature. The office is over crowded. I won't be going back there any time soon

Hello Dr.Moaven ..The unprofessional behavior of your office is very slickening.On many occasions, NO one picks up the phone, Voicemail is filled and cannot leave a message.Someone might need an urgent appointment and does not want to go to the hospital because of it being so crowded with Covid patients ..You people just don't answer your damn phone and on many occasions wouldn't even call back, even if a message is left for you.Show your patients that they are a patient, AND NOT JUST BUSINESS FOR YOU. SMH!!!!

His practices are horrible. Every time I visit, whether in person or through telemedicine, I either have to wait for over an hour, reschedule because they're too busy to meet during my scheduled appointment time, or they hang up on me when calling. During my telemedicine appointment I could hear & see Dr. Moaven meeting with another patient. Their results, health issues, etc. were not confidential as I could hear everything. When he was backed up, I had to meet with another doctor, and I explained I was having prolonged side effects from a prescription and she didn't even know what that drug was used for or why I was even meeting with Dr. Moaven. This is the most unprofessional practice I've ever been to.

Dr. Moaven always displays a pleasant bedside manner. He is always professional and attentive to the needs of my family. He is always willing to spend time explaining things to us so that we understand it. His office is clean and his staff is very courteous and professional. I am very satisfied with the care that me and my family receive from him and I highly recommend him.

Didn t even allow me to explain my symptoms and offered no treatment although I ve been ill for a year and a half with pain and deadly bacteria. Told me outright to go elsewhere. Thank God I didn t pay first for his consultation

I know Dr. Moaven about 20 years, years back he treated me of anemia I was very sick and I had no idea i was. He treated me greatly and I got well. So I didn’t come back till this year for I check up, you know I am getting older so I know he is a very good Dr. I feel very confident. The staff is great, the girls and all the staff work hard. Keep it up guys!! I am a CMA myself and I know there is a lot we do!! 😊😊🙂

This review is for Empire Medical group at this location. Waited 2 hrs and 35 min to be taken to a room. Waited another 45 in room.The front desk employees having loud convos and giving patients medical advice. The woman pictured was chatting at the front desk for 45 min nonstop. She also used the n word twice in conversation.Will not be returning.

Dr. Moaven is an understanding physician who takes time with his patients and I trust his judgement completely.
