Nicole Lopez's Online Review Report Card

I had an appointment and when I walked in, there was still 8-10 people waiting to be seen. This is ridiculous, seems like they schedule everyone at the same time. Was told couldn’t schedule at a specific time cuz it’s their lunch hour but they make you sit there and wait anyways and go and enjoy their lunch. They should be more courteous of others’ times as well

I’ve been to see Dr. Lopez on several occasions. She performed a few surgical procedures as well. Always fantastic results from her treatment. The staff is top notch as well. I travel from Woodbridge NJ all the way to Belleville for the great care I’ve always received.

Absolutely horrible communication, they never sent my script for my X-rays, called at least 15 times no one answer. Stay away. I never got to meet the dr but her office staff is really bad. And I will tell the dr that recommend me to this office he shouldn’t do that anymore

Best Dr hands down ! & that staff are super friendly ! I’ve been here before for a broken hand & dislocated finger, & both times I’ve had a good experience. Very professional! Would definitely recommend Dr Lopez & her staff ! Thumbs up from me

Dr. Lopez is an EXCELLENT Dr. I strongly highly recommend her she takes her time and pride in everything she does for her patients.

Great staff ,received excellent care after hand surgery from the doc and the p.a.,front desk staff are very friendly and helpful would highly recommend if your looking for a good hand surgeon

I love Dr. Lopez, she’s amazing, Her PA is also incredible. Yes, there is long wait times in the office, as other reviews say, but I’ve had longer and it’s certainly worth the wait for the level of care you receive. Dr Lopez answered all my questions at my first appointment and returned my call quickly after surgery when I had concerns. Highly recommend her and her staff!

Horrible front office. They don't even respond to calls during office hours.

I smashed my pinky...I was told it was broke and badly traumatized. I was referred to Dr Lopez from the hospital...I had brought my X-rays to Dr Lopez...my pinky is clearly disfigured She came in and said it's ok just traumatized...ok so now a few weeks have passed and my physical therapist and a few other doctors said that's disfigured you need to get surgery so I am not happy at all I don't even think she looked at my x-rays.

Low rating is not for the doctor, but for her staff. The waiting times, the repeated phone calls, the mistakes made are appalling and incredibly frustrating. The doctor is very good but her office works so slowly, are often confused and make critical errors in paperwork which cause unnecessary delays. It is especially frustrating to wait days on end when experiencing pain, only to find out they screwed up request for approval from insurance (wrong body part). If you choose to see this doctor, prepare yourself. you will need a tremendous amount of patience with her staff. My last visit, I waited 1.5 hour before getting a room. Then waited another 30 min in that room before seeing the doctor. I must stress tho, that Dr Lopez is AMAZING. I continue to see her and put up with her staff because she is a surgeon you can trust. Straightforward, honest, and has patience to explain her thought process and how procedures will work. I’m changing the rating from one star to three, because she really is amazing. She deserves a staff as wonderful as she is. I am not placing a five star rating because I feel it’s important to know about her staff. Livingston is the worst place to go see her and has the longest wait times. Belleville isn’t as bad. Jersey City office is better.
