I was under the impression that this place was an IOP, but after a 2 hour intake and 2 week wait they’re only offering me one hour a week of telehealth therapy. I’ll be seeking elsewhere for comprehensive mental health care.

They told us on the phone that there's no charge for the initial appointment. I tried asking if they can check with my insurance but they insisted there's no charge for the intake. We come in and spend over an hour and a half there just to find out there's a charge. This was so disappointing. For someone who's coming looking for help and spends so much time at an intake test to find out after there's still a charge this causes so much hopelessness and anger. Do not trust this place.

I grew up going here, and their quality of services started going downhill around 2020. Both my long-term psychiatrist and new therapist had left the company around that time, but I was open to being reassigned to new healthcare professionals because I figured the quality of care would be the same. It wasn’t. They didn’t reassign me to a new therapist for about 2 years. The last time I tried to contact them to get a new appointment with my psychiatrist (after months of trying to get a hold of them over the phone) and be reassigned to a new therapist, the receptionist literally violated HIPPA by openly discussing personal patient information over the phone. She was also incredibly rude when I tried to express my concerns about wanting a therapist!

My son is a student here at there first floor elementary school. He has been coming here since he was 5y/o. The teachers are caring and loving. Have always had a good experience.
