My father has gone to Dr. Defranco for many years. She is an Angel sent from heaven. She is the most compassionate warm loving caring doctor. She listens intently and makes you feel like family. She helped my dad tremendously with his kidney issues and our family loves her. She is just priceless.

BE Ware !!!!!!The worse experience with this Dr. I had great review after first session she saw us. But right after that things went down the drain. She prescribed 2 meds without checking my mom was already taking that medication in lower dose. and when there were awful dangerous adverse reactions ( blood pressure 90/44 She stops them with NO explanation. Then she disappeared and hid behind her office staff who have zero compassion and professionalism. (Specially Angela who calls herself office manager and she’s not!). You cant even speak with her for another two months.....! I’m changing this Dr. Looking for someone I can trust and talk to ..... BE Ware!!!!

Amazing doctor!!! She is one of the kindest doctors you'll meet. My dad was in Clara maass hospital for two weeks and she always stopped in and made sure he knew exactly what was going on and kept my sister and I in the loop. Not many doctors have good bed side manners these days but Dr. Defranco is so down to earth and a great doctor! You are in GREAT hands! :)

She is awesome and top notch. Spends time to answer questions, is compassionate, and very knowledgeable and up-to-date with current research and trends in tx of renal disease. Her staff has been helpful to me for many years and I intend to remain with her practice for as long as she is able to treat me . I have been in treatment with Dr. DeFranco since about 1998. I have a transplanted kidney since 2000. She has helped me maintain a great life and I follow her instructions because I trust her.
