Spent 45 seconds in the hospital room. Gently placed the stethoscope and barely listened. Didn’t go over labs. He’s horrible. I will be pulling the medical record from the historical stay. If he falsified info that he completed a full assessment my family member he’s lying. this will be reported to the medical board. Too many physicians get away with coming in for less than a minute , falsifying info on medical records then charging. No way dude ! You are awful

Doctor Arash Salemi, cardiac surgeon along with co-ordinating cardiologist, Dr. Torre performed a TAVR operation on me on May 10, 2021. The operation was a success. There were many tests and evaluations done by these doctors to see whether my arteries and heart could accommodate this operation with minimal risk. I was thrilled that neither doctor mentioned my weight 240 lbs 5'5 &1/2 " which was in my mind a major risk, but it appears they discounted that as a significant problem. The after care by nurses and aides in the hospital was excellent as well. In addition, the one time post visit to the doctor's clinic to conduct a multifaceted examination after the operation, viewed the replacement valve for complete functioning as successful! If you need a replacement aortic valve, I strongly recommend Drs. Torre & Salemi and their team!!
Dr. Torre was my heart doctor for from early 2020 we had done tests and everything seemed normal at THAT time. Recently, I had an incident with my heart and he refused me treatment because he said he did tests LAST YEAR. And I was fine. I tried to explain this is a new incident with my heart racing and blood pressure inconsistency. He said, "have your Primary Doctor deal with your blood pressure, i dont handle blood pressure. He is heart doctor he doesn't handle blood pressure? He gets annoyed if you don't fit into his simple mold of a bassic patient. All you need to know is he said I had a stress test A YEAR AGO. And I am fine. Without examining me NOW. Please. Do yourself a favor and find a REAL caring Heart Doctor. I have had some horrible doctors in my day and I have never written a review before but I feel this review might save a life.
Please stay away from this doctor. He almost killed me. This is the truth and I swear on the soul of my father. He is a dangerous doctor. Save yourself and your life amd see someone else.
Do NOT GO BY his FAKE REVIEWS, They are real reviews. I know this because I have tried to warn people about this doctor in the past and wrote reviews and they were taken down. Save your life AND STAY AWAY! This man is the Coldest, most fake person you will ever meet. Horrible Experience. I had used him in the past for chest pains. I wasn't crazy about but he was available so i went last year. No personality, but thats ok. We did some tests a year ago andhe told me that everything was fine. Recently, I had an incident involving my heart rate and blood pressure issues. I called the this guy and he couldn't see me until may 6th. The incident happened in march. I asked the girl upfront to do SOMETHING at least. She gave me a 24 hour blood pressure monitor. The doctor was supposed to call me back right away. He finally did and without an examination of myself, he said my heart was fine. I tried kindly and nicely to explain.. this is a separate issue from the last one. Something is off. He said with a very argumentative nasty tone, " what do you want from me? We did a stress test and an echo last year." I was shocked. I told him that was last year amd now I having problems just going up and down the stairs. So he actually said, "what do want me to do?" I was taken back by his strange demeanor. Almost like he was on drugs or something. I was like "excuse me" he again said. .. what, do you want a 24 hour monitor?" I said I don't know Doc. I am not the heart doctor. I wanna do whatever the next step is. My pressure is still high and my heart rate is so high that my primary care doctor told me to take another blood pressure pill when my rate jumps up like that. I aked him if this is ok and normal. He actually said with an attitude, " I don't deal in blood pressure!" You deal with your Primary Doctor for that." I said, i having chest pain.. and He then HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. I believe this has to do with the fact I have, Primary Immune Deficiency and he is not qualified to help a patient with pulmonary and immune problems. I am going to a new doctor and if there is something wrong with my heart. As I write this review my pressure is 160 over 110. Which he said was normal by the way. Because they take an average. What? I took photos of all my heart rates and blood pressures. I am going to a new doc this week and If there is somtjing wrong that he could have prevented. As, I have photos of the Blood Pressures and Heart rates. I am Suing. If you don't fit the cookie cutter patient you are in trouble. STAY AWAY AND STAY SAFE. Please believe this review. If want PERSONAL CARE STAY AWAY.
Staff is very helpful and efficient. We'll run office.
Dr Torre saved me from open heart surgery with his expertise and skill.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
