Dr. Fan has treated me for the past 10 years. She is very knowledgeable and capable. She gives you explanations and reasonable guidelines to follow for your benefit. Dr. Fan is very easy to talk to and never rushes you. She is part of a larger practice with many other doctors but always available and approachable to talk to. We always seem to work out a schedule that I can see Dr. Fan with one of the other doctors that I see in the same practice which works out well for me since I only need to come to their office once to see both doctors. Not always easy to do but here it works out.

My visit was smooth from beginning to end. The office works like a "well-oiled machine". I was greeted by a compassionate receptionist. Dr Fan listened to me and asked questions to get at the root of the problem. She's very patient.

While Dr Fan is an excellent doctor and the staff seems nice, waiting for over an hour from appointment time is excessive. I for one am getting a bit tired of that from doctors in NJ
