List of Susan Wenlin Morrison's Reviews
I left in tears. I came in to get help for menopause symptoms. It was the most RUSHED doctor appointment I've ever had. She didn't really listen. And she gave me generic responses to anything I asked. I have never felt less seen in my life. It was heartbreaking because I had been told how amazing she was. And she seemed like she'd be cool to have as a doctor if she cared? I guess I didn't trigger her to care about me. Even for 15 min. Also the staff forgot to call in my prescription. And when I called to remind them, they didn't even apologize. Which is kind of basic polite protocol. The whole experience was really sad for this 50yr old mom looking for help. :(
I have been going to Dr. Morrison for 5+ years now and was a loyal patient and wanted to continue going to her even after moving far away. But the last visit I went in just to get a scheduled 2nd vaccination, I was called last minute (as I was driving in), to go to the pharmacy downstairs when I get there, to buy the vaccine and bring it upstairs to have them administer it. Upon getting there I found out the pharmacy did not take my insurance and the vaccine would cost me $200. I went upstairs and explained to the front desk the situation and they put me in an examination room until they talked to Dr. Morrison. I have been a patient for 5+ years and Dr. Morrison never came in to talk to me. I waited for 45 minutes and then an assistant came in to pass the information from Dr. Morrison and told me that they don't have the vaccine in the office anymore because they stopped ordering it to save money and that the doctor didn't want to spend $200 to buy the vaccine downstairs to administer to me. I was told to go to CVS to get the shot which would be covered 100%. It was just terrible patient service, especially since I have been a long-term patient for 5+ years. What's $200 that the office could have spent for me for all the trouble since they decided not to stock the vaccine anymore? If they had called me the day before, I could have at least checked with the pharmacy there to see if they take my insurance and would not have to drive for over an hour to be told to just go to a CVS to get the shot. In addition, their reasoning for not ordering the vaccine themselves in the office anymore was so that they could to save a couple of dollars. So unfortunately due to this, I have decided to find a new gynecologist.
The absolute BEST DOCTOR I've ever had in 36 years. She is mine and my daughter's living guardian Angel. Without her, I nor my daughter would be here praising her today. I could not have done my pregnancy without Dr Morrison's excellent care and attention to my complications. She really LISTENS, is fully focused, highly knowledgeable, and assertive in everything she does. We are so grateful to have her in our lives.
Friendly and helpful. Visit are short but gives you all the relevant info. A breath of fresh air!
Dr. Morrison is the most thoughtful doctor I've ever had. She truly cares about the well-being of her patients.
Horrible care by staff. Very ghetto atmosphere and attitude from staff. Tried to call to resolve an issue and the manager had the nerve to hang up. Dr Morrison seems very nice but the staff needs to be changed. They are running down her business. Look elsewhere.

Ella es una excelente persona fui donde ella porque mi hija tenía que hacerce chequear y nos atendió muy amablemente y muy preocupada por sus pacientes
She’s a great doctor, who listens and answers all of your questions. I highly recommend Dr. Morrison
Dr. Morrison delivered our first child last year. My husband and I (both physicians) trusted her completely with my health and that of our baby. She was always ready to answer questions, up to date on the latest research, and just a pleasant person. Highly recommend Dr. Morrison.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
