Dr. Burstein is a very competent and down to earth plastic surgeon. He did an excellent, excellent, excellent (can't repeat enough) surgery covering a fairly sizable hole on my nose with a skin graft. The end result exceeded my highest expectation. Thank your Doc!!

Dr. David Burstein did an amazing job at fixing a quarter sized hole in my nose from a Basil Cell Carcinoma removal. He did a skin graft and after 1 year you couldn't even tell I had surgery. He was caring and responsive to any questions I had. Such a nice guy and would go back to him in a heartbeat for anything else I needed.

Smart, kind and excellent diagnostically. My son and I both see and trust him.

Dr. Burstein has now done plastic surgery twice on my face after I had skin cancer removed, and each time the result was perfect. He took a lot of time and trouble to analyze and plan his work. He also shared his thinking with me. He is also very pleasant and friendly. When I went for my second surgery, I was actually looking forward to seeing him again, which is a lot to say for someone who is headed for surgery.

Awesome ENT and surgeon. Friendly, knowledgeable, and takes his time to explain things. Love that he can perform surgical procedures as outpatient on the same campus that you see him for appointments. Makes recovery easy and no hospital stay to deal with. Easy to get appointments.

I am not the sort of person to provide ratings, mainly because I expect people to do their job well. However, Dr. Burstein is someone who 'clearly' cares about the service he provides, and just as importantly he cares about his patients. My experience was wonderful - his staff is very competent and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Burstein - a great example of a wonderful professional.

Dr Burstein operated on my husband as well as my daughter. Between them they had sinus/septum/turbinade reduction/rhinoplasty. He did an excellent job. Great bedside manner. Helpful staff. We are happy with the entire experience. Recommend him highly.

Dr. Burstein is a fantastic ENT and Plastic surgeon. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and he genuinely cares about his patients. I was with him for 4 procedures all of which were successful and am happy with the results. He was always available to answer my questions over the phone and scheduled multiple follow up appointments to ensure I was doing well. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone and thank him and summit medical group for their everlasting hard work and wonderful customer care.

Have been trying to contact him and have called multiple times. The office staff keeps saying that they will leave a message and I will get a call back. It's been over a week, still nothing. Just horrible communication.

I was referred to Dr. Burstein by my neurologist for treatment related to headaches and sphenoid sinusitis. He recommended an aggressive 2-week course of steroids and a follow up visit 3 MONTHS LATER. The 2 tasks seemed inconsistent. Also he did not notice inflammation throughout one side of my sinuses on my CT scan, that were pointed out by another ENT, or if he did notice he made no mention. Not terrible, but not ideal.
