I was blown away by the quality of care I recently received from Dr. May. In years of seeing wonderful doctors, she had such an exceptional way of showing care, kindness, and medical expertise, that she made an immediate impact, and I left feeling confident I made the right choice choosing this wonderful provider. Thank you, Dr. May. I greatly appreciate your excellent care and genuine concern for my health.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. May-Ortiz as our primary physician for about 15 years. She is knowledgeable and caring. We appreciate the personal touch that comes from her knowing us well, both as individuals and as a couple. I like her as a person and as a physician.

About a year and half ago, I had an initial appointment when I chose Dr. May-Ortiz as my primary doc. She was really attentive, informative, and supportive. Fantastic. Since then, the wheels have fallen off. Dr. May-Ortiz has been a no-show at EVERY subsequent 6-mos, physical check-in. I arrived for a schedule appt last summer only to be told by the receptionist that Dr. May-Ortiz called out sick that day. No notice. No call. No text. No nothing. Was able to get a Tele-health call to discuss my medication. Rescheduled for a new appointment – 6 more months out. The morning of that re-scheduled appointment, I received a text that once again, Dr. May called out sick! Sent a message through the patient portal requesting to speak with the doctor. No response. Had to re-re-schedule again – new appointment is 6 months away! Luckily, I’m not sick because it’s near impossible to actually see Dr. May-Ortiz.

While she seems like a great doctor at a well visit, she completely dropped the ball when needing urgent/emergent care as a follow up from an emergency room visit. Multiple calls and messages were completely ignored leaving me to fend for myself to find other care. I would not recommended this doctor or practice, unless you want to be ignored when you need care the most.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. May-Ortiz for over 10 years. She is an outstanding, amazing doctor who cares.

Dr. May has been extremely supportive of me as I have developed various health issues in the last few years. She was also very compassionate when I sought her counsel after both my mother and dear sister passed within months of each other. She responds quickly to messages in the portal and will make time to see you when needed. I strongly recommend her for her sensitivity, knowledge and expertise in dealing with all aspects of family medicine.

wow. lack of comptency. secretary that answer phone has no idea what she is doing.. giving advice and sending people for Xrays without preclearing or prescription, doesnt call back, gives wrong information.. so diappointed. WOW.... got to see the Dr. finally (not Dr. May) and after evaluation, they write up XRAY presciption for the wrong hand, and wrong part of hand!!! Wow.. glad the Xray tech had it together! Wow. wow. wow. this is gross incompetentcy.. Can't imagine how much time and $$$ wasted thru the years here.... ufff.

Dr. May-Ortiz is the best!!! I trust her completely.

Love Dr. May and everyone in her office. Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. Dr. May has a great bedside manner and always explains things very clearly. I never feel rushed or like just another patient.

She is the best, most companionate doctor I have ever had. We have been with her for nearly 15 years and will continue to be with her until the end. We trust and respect her as a medical professional and as a real caring person.
