Dr. Laymance is genuinely concerned about your health. He listens and then we discuss a plan of action. He is courteous and professional and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He and his staff are wonderful.

I had zero refills on my cholesterol meds. Went to pick up meds 4 business days after requested refill. Pharmacy never heard back from Dr. Laymance. They submitted another request. Nurse called me and said it was time for an annual exam so he wont refill the meds. I said shouldnt you send out an notification its time for your annual exam instead of letting patients run out of meds. She said we dont do that. So, looking for a new doctor and Im out of my very important meds. You would think they would give 1 refill and a notification saying last refill until exam performed.
