Dr. Hsueh is very thorough. She helped get my brain tumor (non-cancerous) diagnosed. She was also very concerned and helpful then and now. Two years later, she is still taking care of my eyes and she makes me feel that she gets to the bottom of things, whether it is just the eye exam for vision or something more. I highly recommend her. If you have to wait a bit for an appointment, it is well worth it. On a personal level, I like her very much.

Dr. Hsueh seems fine (reason for 2 stars) but getting an appointment with her even when you are a current patience is near to impossible unless you want to wait 3-4 months. You can request an appointment because you are having a problem and her office wants to schedule you for a full exam and she only does full exams a couple of days out of the month. seems as though her and her office doesn't care about their patience. Almost all my doctors are with Summit Medical Group but Dr Hsueh is the only one I have trouble getting an appointment with. Won't be see her anymore will be finding a new doctor that cares enough to see her patience

Don't waste your time trying to get an appointment with her. If you need to see ophthalmologist look for someone else unless you want to wait months to get an appointment even if you are an current patience.

I was very satisfied with my visit with Linda Hsueh today. She took her time to understand the issue I'm having with an eyelid, proceeding carefully and patiently first to examine my eyes and then to make sure that I described my concern accurately and that she understood it. She answered all of my questions completely and took her time to provide me with referrals to three ocular surgeons who would be appropriate to consult about and then perform surgery if I decided that was the best course. I would be happy to see Dr. Hsueh again about any eye issues.

Dr. Hseuh is one of the best physicians I have ever seen. Not only is she a skilled doctor and thorough examiner, but she takes time to answer my questions and explain any instructions. I've never had a problem with any prescription or medication she's ordered for me. She's quite simply a wonderful ophthamologist! I would recommend her to anyone.

Kept me waiting too long so I just left. There were over 30 people in the office with only 4 doctors (if they were even all working that day). Its just a money grab at the expense of the patients, who are kept waiting unconscionable periods of time so the doctor never has to wait herself.
