Poor customer service. Called for records, given fax to request same. Followup next day to find out fax number provided was wrong. Now waiting over 30 minutes for someone to respond.

Waited an hour and a half to have my daughter seen. 1 doctor and zero nurses on staff in the fall for an Urgent Care does not make for a great patient experience. When I spoke up about the wait, I was told "There are patients here that have been waiting longer than you."

Beautiful facility! The front staff was very kind and there was no wait! Would definitely go back when I’m not feeling well.

Was able to get in and out! The lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful. So grateful to have this so close to home!

Horrible. Facility has no staff. They sent us to Raritan location 25 minutes away to get an X-Ray and come back to Bernardsville. If you have true urgency do not use this location.
