Dr Jain was my doctor before I moved out of state. My experience with WV doctors has me running home to NJ to see her again. She's always attentive, compassionate, and kind. She doesn't pretend she knows everything and sent me to great specialists and followed up with them to make sure I got the care I needed. Awesome doctor!

Terrible Dr. -- ZERO STARS My wife had an appointment to refill a prescription and request blood work, each office visit costs $218. The Dr. rushed her out without answering any questions and made her schedule a second appointment just to request blood work which would end up being a third appointment. She did get the prescription filled, SMH. This Dr. is a gold digger.

This lady is a fraud I was never diagnosed.She told me to come in and have a seat after waiting an hour passed my appointment, I pulled my mask down to show here where the inflammation is, she refused Because of covid. I said well how are you gonna check me then? And she stayed sitting in her seat 15 feet away. So I simply walked out and I am still getting billed.

She never listens to any of my concerns. Refuses to do any tests and insists that because I'm under 30 I can't possibly have any medical problems. Every appointment I've been to I was asked to leave almost immediately like I was wasting her time. Maybe she treats her elderly patients better.

1st appointment with Dr Jain $670.00. Called to ask how she could bill that much for office visit. Well it was the 1st visit and the paper work and consultation about smoking. Did I ask about smoking? But she did bill for it. Anyway you lied about visit . Now let everyone read about it. Very disappointed.

Will NOT call you back when you need prescriptions refills. Waiting 5 days for callback after leaving numerous messages. The Walgreens we go to in Lindenwold even made several attempts with no response to them either. Now I have to take my father to emergency room just to get the important medicine he need to live. This is not just bad service they are playing with people’s lives.....
