Best doctor the staff is excellent love Mrs. Dawn at front desk but, the older young lady that is new. She didn’t know what she is doing. She was in front by herself and she totally ignored me and another patient. Then a young lady she knew she took her over us. Dawn came back to the front and took extra care of me in professional way.

Excellent doctor. Service has improved a lot since new staff was added. No longer have to wait too long to be seen. Dr. Catalino care for his patients is the best. Try for yourself instead of listening to bad reviews.

How is it that if I call for sitting up an appointment a pre-recorded voice is annoying. how can then one get through to make such appointment? Give us the days the clinic at Staple Plaza Bloomfield is open for service

This is absolutely the worst service I've ever had. I have an appointment at 5 pm today. I was running late because it's Friday. I called them up before 4 and put me on hold for 10 minutes. I have to move it at 5:30 pm and they said it was okay. When I arrived they told me that the MD won't see me because he's in a rush. Are they kidding me? I traveled 45 mins to get there just to tell me that MD won't see me? It was very unprofessional of these receptionists not to notify their patients about what is going on. They just wasted my time. I was so disappointed with their service. They should treat their patients right. I would not recommend this clinic. Very bad service!!!

i can not give review less than this..... Office is useless, give appointment at 2 pm and even can not open the door, waited 30 min outside, call many number to enter harrison office on JAN 31, 2019. Call was picked up and disconnected as soon as inquired about appointment. Doctor please fix this issue, otherwise no one will come to see you.

The Doctor is great, but don't deal with the phlebotomist Carolina, she doesn't belong there, ,very unprofessional maybe she should be working for a veterinarian, since the animals can't complain. Be aware of her. .very very nasty girl, hopefully the Doctor will deal with her before something goes bad in that office. .update!! Carolina no longer works there business will be a lot better now.

Worst doctor ever! Doesn't fill out disability form for a long time! It's either he's on vacation or he forgot it at home! Very unprofessional! Staff are rude to patients! Nobody answer phone calls or put you on hold without response! Don't waste your time in this clinic!

The girl at the phone it was so rude. I call for a referral to my Mom Rheumatologist and the customer service of that girl is not the apropiate for the Health system and for any service. People who doesn't know how to treat others, with respect and kidness, better to work in a different field. My Mom said doctor is good but with that kind of people in front him = NOT RECOMENDED.

The worst service, wait wait 2 hours after d without month I get a bill from the lab this is without business because they will not let you know if your insurance covers the lab service. I do not recommend anyone to this office
