Entered office at 5:30 for a 5:45 appointment and sat in a room until 7:00 without any Doctor coming in to check me. I left and will never go back there!! Do not waste your time and go here!!

The worst service to the patient, call because I need to see the doctor urgently, a lot of pain and an infection, the only thing they have available is in 6 weeks, they do not offer you anything else, you can be dying they do not care, the secretary told me to go see my primary doctor instead , wont go back even if is the only doctor available. (I have been seeing this doctor for several years)

First visit was weird. He read HIV results as being positive (I am not). Second visit I was in so much pain due to the kidney stone that several websites said I should go to the emergency room especially if I was vomiting and blood in my urine. Stone was found to be larger and same sites suggested surgery to get rid of it. He instead just said they'rnconveient and will have to let nature take its course and upped the pain medication. That helps but makes me sleepy and when it wears off the pain is still there. This is more than aninconvience. I'm looking for a third opinion and hopefully get this stone surgically removed.

An UrgentCare doctor referred me to Dr. Rilli. His office booked me immediate- ly because of my emergency. He and his staff are that good, dedicated and knowledgeable, that’s why so many people come to this office. Be patient, unwind and let this waiting time be time to relax. Be prepared with questions, be informed (get on the internet), learn about your body and write down any symptoms and worries for the doctor. Thank you Dr. Rilli and staff for helping me get through this difficult time, especially when I couldn’t find a knowledgeable doctor who could treat me in Florida. Yes, I flew up for four years to see Dr. Rilli.

Spent 2.5 hours in waiting room with my elderly father - plus another 5 minutes waiting in the exam room. This is unacceptable, inexcusable and completely unprofessional.

Very rude and disrespectful.

Waited over an hour for follow up and test results. When doctor finally came in said they didn’t have the test results. !!! Should have told us when we checked the in. Overheard a secretary tell a nurse they had 50 patients booked for Monday. 50 patients . Talk about a doctor mill. 50 patients in one day. Where is the respect for the patients time ? oh I forgot we don’t count we are just a check book !!!!

He is a joke.

Having been under Dr. RIll's care for several years, I know Dr. RIlli and the doctors who work with him are knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. I highly recommend Essex-Hudson Urology for both men and women.
