Went to This Doctors office today with my Wife and was told by the receptionist that I couldn’t go in the Room with her when I clearly watched more than one person go in Exam Rooms with others. Curious as to Why ???( Doctors are excellent by the way because I’m also a PATIENT at this Establishment) We went in Together during Full Blown pandemic 2020 ,,,Truly Hope this did not occur because I’m African American 😎😎😎

Most uncaring doctor. Friend was gravely ill with bladder cancer and care was slow to non-existent in coming. Took weeks to get response when it should have been days. They would make appointment never call next of kin or rehab center with info. You would call office speak with a particular staff person who never calls back and when you called again for the same reason that person passed you on to someone else. No one would have any answers or follow thru. Terrible!!! terrible!!! terrible!!! doctor. If you value your life and health do not use this doctor.

Dr. Franzoni is a super nice man that truly cares, I recommend him completely. The receptionist was rude and spoiled the whole thing for me. It was my first time there and because of her treatment towards me I was disappointed. The young girl that I'm referring to is on the right hand side. There are 2 young women in front and the one on the right hand side is the one that I had the unfortunate experience with. I was there on 1/18/2020. Dr. Franzoni and management needs to know so that their office doesn't get tarnished by having unprofessional staff and get more reviews like this. Once again the doctor and the rest of the staff were amazing to me but the receptionist was not and that's a shame.

Waited over an hour & a half for a scheduled appt. Extremeky rude staff with every single interaction. Dr. Franzoni himself was wonderful.

Booked a vasectomy with Dr. Franzoni and decided not to get knocked out for it. I appreciated his concern for my choice and he assured me I would be fine under anesthesia but I still chose to be awake. Although they were running a little behind, the office in Lyndhurst was extremely professional and diligent. Dr. Franzoni explained what he was doing and answered my questions. Whole procedure was done in 20 mins and I walked out of the office happy. I would recommend him to anyone who wants the best.

Dr. Franzoni is a good doctor but the staff are horrible. I will never recommend the office in Bloomfield to anyone
