The office canceled my appointment twice and I had to wait a month for another appointment both times. The doctor himself seemed nice but comparing to other neurologists, I would not recommend. Did not diagnose me properly or at all for that matter, leaving me in agonizing pain for over 3 months. Didn't see my carpal tunnel or sciatica. I had to return to my primary doctor for help. Very sad. I found out too late that my friend went here years ago and had the same experience.
Booked a tele visit and was told by the receptionist their schedules are different and these appointments are not honored. Doctor was not not in office.
Great Dr Ayman Ibrahim! ! God used him when I thought I was not gonna make it! Thank God for Saving me! Thank God for using Ayman! ????????
Although we had no issues with Dr Ibrahim, his billing office is incompetent and illiterate. While our insurance was working with them, we were still sent to collections during negotiations, and sent to another collector after the bill was paid in full. Based on this experience, I would never visit this office again.
Horrible wait times, has too many people working behind the desk who don't know much and aren't friendly. Seems this doctor cares about money than treating patients. He doubles and triple books every fifteen minutes so the wait times are extremely long.
While he is good diagnosis is good scheduling is a huge problem. His staff will cancel appointments schedule them for later and he will not refill prescriptions. I plan to submit to review board about his poor medical management skills. Wait time in office is another problem - I waited three hours last time - terrible.
Horrible bedside manner--wouldn't listen to me, seemed not to care, would not return phone calls, entirely unsympathetic and rude. Staff also rud ...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
