Pros: Nice and flexible staff if you’re running late for an appointment. Cons: 1. You don’t get the real Dr Kelly unless you specifically ask 2. No matter which physician you receive, they are too quick to examine and rush you, thus making poor decisions on what to prescribe and wasting your time. Went in for an issue with whiteness of tongue / feeling something in ear. Real kelly looks for 2 seconds and gives antibiotics. No instructions given, what to avoid, etc. Ear feeling went down, but sort of there and nothing improved on color. Booked follow up virtual appt. On virtual appt spoke to Dr Natalie. Said Kelly was wrong and prescribed an antiviral instead without giving me any knowledge of what it is and no questions asked about my eating drinking habits etc. i had to google what was okay to eat and drink myself to be sure and found out in the process its the same medication for herpes — shouldn’t have to do that. She should have informed me what medication i was exactly taking. Whiteness went away, but yellow “sores” were still there that don’t look like canker sores. Booked follow up virtual appt. Received Dr Natalie again, only this time she did not examine at all and said contact the ENT specialist and gave referrals. I could’ve been told this when i called to book, thus wasting my time again. Since i was not prescribed anything, all my symptoms came back next day, so whatever i had both antibiotics and antiviral only suppressed rather than cured the issue at hand, wasting 3 weeks of time and possibly making the infection worse. I went to the ENT regarding this, and spent 10x more time and explained everything about what I’m experiencing. It is vital for a doctor to spend ample time with his patients, because I feel like I was not cared for and properly diagnosed here. My family has used his practice for over 25 years, so figure give it a try. While Kelly is a nice man, I did not feel the same as several others who have posted reviews here, and I believe something has changed in the way he runs his office since my last visit a year ago.

I made an appointment with Dr Kelly and found out when I got there that they had given me an appointment with a nurse practitioner. I didn't make an appointment with a nurse practitioner I made an appointment with the doctor so I don't appreciate that.

Dr. Kelly has been my doctor for a very long time. Dr Kelly truly cares if you have a medical issue. He is kind,caring and compassionate. I truly believe he is the Best doctor. As far as his staff, they are the best. I refer patients to his office and they are pleased with him.

On Friday, I called Dr. Kelly's office with a concern after seeing my dermatologist. The lady that picked up the phone was so helpful that she stated I should come in and see Dr. Kelly in person, for some peace of mind. I was able to come in right away and Dr. Kelly made me feel so at ease. He always has the right things to say. He's very knowledgeable and absolutely love his bedside manners. I'm also thankful to his staff for always helping out and getting things done for me. Dr. Kelly you rock!

Dr. Kelly is an excellent Doctor. In a world of specialists it is a huge comfort to know that Dr. Kelly provides expert diagnosis and courses of treatment for a wide spectrum of ailments. He and his practice are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. One can be assured when being treated by their medical team one will receive the absolute best of treatment. When warranted and the situation requires a referral to a specialist his recommendations are always to a physician who is highly qualified. As a patient of Dr Kelly's for decades I can attest to the quality of care you will receive.

I have been seeing Dr Kelly for many years and have always found both Dr Kelly and his entire staff to be extremely professional and very helpful whenever I’ve reached out to the office regarding any medical issue. Dr Kelly is a compassionate and caring doctor who listens to your concerns, is very skilled at diagnosing any health issues and provides the highest quality of medical care. I feel very fortunate to have Dr Kelly as my primary care physician because I know that I always receive excellent care from a very experienced professional who cares deeply about all his patients.

Dr John Kelly is a very very good doctor. He also has very very good female doctors on staff so everyone feels comfortable getting the help they need. Front desk staff make miracles happen.

Dr Kelly has been my doctor for over 10 years. He’s exceptionally helpful and every single doctor he has referred me to has been A1 and very well experienced! No complaints! Highly recommended
