Ratnam Jain's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Jain has been my doctor for over a decade now, and I absolutely love her. I remember my first visit with her. Immediately, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Right then and there, I knew I wanted her to be my doctor. Over the years, I've developed a trusting and lasting bond with Dr. Jain, to which she is now my primary care physician, and I couldn't be happier. Needless to say, I'm very big on transparency, and I love the fact that Dr. Jain is not only truthful, but she also gives solutions to any medical concerns I had at any given time. Because of her blatant love for her patients, she has always been efficient and extremely responsive during my visits. Unfortunately, due to the high raising number of Covid infections, no one other than the person having surgery was allowed in the hospital. So, I was by myself as I got prepped for surgery. After my surgery, Dr. Jain was literally the first person I asked for when I woke up in the recovery room. She also, personally, reached out to my husband to let him know how my surgery went and kept in touch with him as I recovered. During my recovery, she visited and made sure I was in good hands with the hospital staff. The service I've received over the years from both her and her entire staff has always been top-notch. They are very on top of reminding me about upcoming appointments and to properly inform me on anything about my health. Her staff have always been patient, helpful, and kind, something you rarely ever find. Without a doubt I highly recommend Dr. Jain. She is an outstanding OBGYN who is highly knowledgeable with incredible skills in her profession. She is professional, compassionate, friendly, and thoughtful and puts the well-being of her patients first. Trust me, she will go above and beyond to make sure to listen to any concerns you may have and respond with the best advice she sees fit. Truth be told, my husband and I have been blessed and truthfully happy to have cross paths with Dr. Jain, when we did. Now my husband and I are preparing and getting ready for our first child, and we can't wait to have Dr. Jain delivery our baby. She has been a blessing and a joy, and for that, we are forever grateful. After all, not all heroes wear capes.

My experience with Dr. Jain has been great so far. She is very thorough and informative. She took her time to collect total knowledge of my situation and because of her I had a great outcome of my surgery. She is trustworthy and a great doctor overall.

I walked in for a pap smear, was promptly scolded for 15 minutes for postponing a mammogram I had clearly indicated I would not repeat as often as 6 mos, then walked out after a painful and bloody pap smear with new symptoms of an infection that I did not have before!!! Avoid her at all costs!

I had an amazing experience here at Dr. Ratnam Jain’s office. Her and her staff are great a communicating with each-other and with the patients. Her staff is so welcoming and Friendly. I had Dr.Jain as my OBGYN during my teen pregnancy and not once was I treated rudely or differently due to my age by neither her or her staff. She is straightforward and quick while still listening to all patient’s concerns. I loved my expirence here and Definitely recommend .

My experience with Dr. Jain and the staff has been pleasant. The staff is friendly and welcoming each visit. From my first OB visit, I knew I wanted Dr. Jain to deliver my baby. I’m so happy that I did. My delivery experience was peaceful and the care I received was outstanding. She listened to my concerns and addressed them. Alex at the front desk is awesome.

Dr.Jain has been my doctor 13 years, delivered 2 of my babies, and I would not change my ob/gyn! She has attended to all my problems, when I needed her! Dr.Jain and her staff are very attentive to all my needs. If you ever need a gynecologist or even an ob, Dr.Jain is the person who you should come to!

The office staff picks up and says "drs office plz hold" puts u on hold till the line disconnects. It's really inappropriate, disrespectful and undignifiying. I've worked in a doctor's office before, it's standard courtesy and etiquette to address the person on the line and if it's busy to take their name and number and ask to call back. Don't think I feel safe being under their care.

Dr jain is amazing her staff is excellent with communication and they are very friendly. Dr hain delivered both 2 of the 3 of my children she has a great bed side manner and is always open to listen to your concern whether it maybe about you pregnancy or just over all health . I have been going to her for 15 years and wouldn't change OB/GYN she's the best.

What can I say about the experience that I had at this office…. I have been going here since 2017 & Dr. Ratnam Jain have been in my life every since.. I mean why not..she made sure she safely deliverer not ONE but TWO of kids.. she would forever be my favorite… In & out the office for a couple years and I can say every time I came.. I was treated great ! From her (front desk)friendly staff that always make sure you don’t miss your appointments, making sure all your information is updated & making sure you are comfortable. I mean even the the staff that’s in the lab at her office are even nice & gentle when they ready to take your blood lol… I like Dr. Jain because she is straight forward with EVERYTHING… weather you need to hear the good or the bad.. if you want to be left in good hands trust me she is your go to … just remember when coming into this office their are other people coming to get checked out, that is emotional just remember patience is key. She going make sure she help everybody because that’s who she is… also don’t forget that you have to give respect to get respect.. coming into the office with a negative attitude not going change anything but the office going make sure you come out smiling… again it’s how you make your experience… I would recommend
