On 09/03/23 I called in the automated line since you was closed during the weekend to report a problem with my sight and had to go to the hospital ER so I called to make an appointment to be seen but after waiting several days I never received a call back to I called to make an appointment, a female receptionist said I need a new referral so I asked can they call my doctor and request a fax but she said they couldn't, after me visiting my doctor in person faxed the referral and today on my appointment the receptionist couldn't find it so I had to call my doctor and request them to please send another one and it seemed like the receptionist was annoyed with me and I wasn't the one who misplaced it. Never had problems before and just needed to bring this to your attention This is in reference to the Bloomfield NJ office: PS I've been with them for over 8 years and always had a positive experience in the past and so I believe a friendly professional connection between a center like this and it's patients should always be standard practice.

My experience wasn't as expected cause after my eye surgery I haven't seen any improvement, I have stated my concerns to the doctor the first time. The doctor mentioned to come back a second time for a follow-up surgery and still no progress. After addressing my concerns for the third time, they wanted to up charge me for the visit for the 3rd time I reccommed to stay away and look else where.

Justin Gutman is caring takes his time with you and answers all your questions. I believe he is one of the best eye specialist around. All the staff are great and courteous to your needs and privacy. I would recommend Dr Gutman and the retina center to anyone.

Office was very clean and everyone in the facility made me feel safe and comfortable. At 87 years it's not easy to see a new Dr. But the Retina center was fantastic

Very unorganized staff,to many staff around talking about new personal,in front desk to many people at the same time.Another thing that called my attention was people with disabilities or very old nobody helps them when they are called in.
