Dr.Pierre is phenomenal. I honestly wish all Doctors were like him. My 76 year old mother absolutely loved him. Super professional and a genuinely caring guy. Thank you Dr.Pierre! I highly recommend him!

Absolutely one of the best Doctors I've seen, and the proof is I can now actually see him. Dr. Pierre cares about his patients and takes the time to really explain the science of what's going on. Helped with getting me to a great eye surgeon, and advice on insurance issues. Went above and beyond in every respect

I was cautious about see an optometrist in a Walmart for a medical problem but its a great office. Jose Pierre was knowledgeable and had up to date equipment and spent enough time with me explaining the situation and was generally pleasant to speak with. The office is also out of the retail area enough where it felt like any other professional office. Additionally, being inside the Walmart was very convenient as I was able to pair the visit with some shopping.

If you live in the area there is no reason to go anywhere else. Dr. Pierre was recommend to me by the specialists at Omni Eye Services (another fantastic practice BTW) and I will never go anywhere else for basic eye care. The good doctor and his entire staff are the ultimate professionals and will personally handle any insurance issues that may arise. Don't forget to grab yourself a big screen TV on the way out since you're there anyway.

I am diabetic and need special care when having an eye exam. I have been a patient of Dr. Pierre for over 10 years. You will not find a more professional and thorough Optometrist. He performs a detailed exam and explains everything. Thank you for your excellent care !

Wow. And it takes a lot for me to say "Wow" for an eye exam. Dr. Pierre is intelligent, articulate, well-organized, thorough, AND well-organized. Every single thing was so well-explained, efficiently done, and even interesting discussion! He is very detail-oriented, and his staff is great too. Great attitudes. 5-star service. But with Walmart prices. I heard that people come from out-of-state just to get an appointment with him. Heck, I live in the same town, and had to wait over a MONTH just to get an appointment. It was worth the wait.

Dr. Pierre is well trained and knowledgeable. Having MS has made a mess of my eye sight. Also, suffering from lazy eye from childhood, and cataracts as an adult, has proved a very challenging case for any doctor. Dr. Pierre has been a great help for the past 10 years. Always competent and thorough, he has made my vision capable of working with computers, driving, and to continue my career as a teacher. Thank you!!!

Our family has trusted our collective eye health for many years to Dr. Pierre, who's office is convienently located within Wal-Mart in the town of Boonton. Professionally, he is more thorough in his exams than most Ophthalmologists. He is a charismatic family man of high integrity and we consider ourselves fortunate he is our eye doctor. As a bonus, his office accepts VSP insurance.
