Great doctor spends time and listens

I am 75 years old and have had many doctors over the years and Dr. Pizzelanti is one of the best. Shows real concern for me. She is not the closest to me but worth the trip. The other staff are great also. I can tell you I have had test done and hardly ever feel the needle. The nurses really know their stuff.

Dr Pizzelanti really spends time and gets to know her patients. She listens to my concerns and explains the diagnosis well so that I am able to understand it. I Always recommend Dr. P. She is a great doctor!

My major complaint concerns the staff and front desk. I was billed for the same charge multilple times. Never got a bill sent to me until it was over due with an additional charge added. Never got my results of my vists. Web site useless. I arrived for several visits only to be told doctor was not there or had left for the day. I had my appointment card and was told a scheduling error had occured. Never even was offered an apology. I will never return.

Last visit to this doctor seemed useless. During yearly physical she didn't check anything besides weight, urine and breathing and that was done by someone else. There was no probing of the stomach for any abnormal pain. No breast or throat exam. She came in and sat down. Asked a few minor questions and that was it. What was the point of me going there?
