Absolutely stupid office service Called 20 times for a refill
These hours listed are not correct. They actually open and close when they feel necessary. The call center said they are supposed to be open until 5:00 pm but when I called at 3:50 pm was told they "decided to close earlier". Must be nice. At minimum update the hours.
I happened to google Stephen Schneider today. He was my Dr. all the way back in 1982 after an injury on my job as a "stewardess" as we were called then. Imagine my surprise to see he is still practicing! I'm happy to see that he is still the kind, excellent physician he was many years ago. "Hello Dr. Schneider"!
Worst office. They claim they care about their patients but do NOT. Torn ligament in excruciating pain. Went to the ER and was told to follow up with an orthopedic surgeon next day. Appointment with this office was scheduled 4 days later. May not seem like a lot but when you are crying in pain every minute it’s an eternity. Asked if they could possibly see me next day-maybe call a patient who is coming for a routine visit to switch appointments with me. “I’m sorry ma’am we don’t do that” (aka prioritize Emergent cases!!!) when I asked for my insurance information (I wasn’t given a card) so I can find another office that actually cares, I was refused that information! MY OWN INSURANCE INFORMATION!!! Then hung up on. WHAT IS HAPPENING?!?!?! Dr Schneider did my first surgery and was great..but good is that if you can’t see him for an emergency?? Never agian
An amazing provider who really cares about his patients!!
The Dr who sent the exam doesn't even bother to call to say how the results came out, I called many times and the staff said they left the note to the dr on the desk I left 3 voicemails to Natalia and after so many times I have called They told me that I have to make an appointment to read the results, it should be clarified that I told them what kind of exam it was, I explained that we are sick and we cannot go to the office and they said they were sorry it was the policy
Dr Schneider & Staff were very respectful & kind. He is a Skilled Dr and know's what he's doing & Dr Schneider is and has been a GREAT DOCTOR TO & FOR ME.
I have been seeing Dr. Stephen Schneider for all of my orthopedic issues since 1993. My husband and sons as well. He is brilliant. And we have always been thoroughly satisfied with his expertise.
Always satisfied, very knowledgeable competent, skilled Orthopedic surgeon.
This guy was a blessing .. First time hip replacement was a little scary for me since I had never had surgery beyond a tooth removal .. Made me feel totally at ease. He made it sound like he was just changing a tire .. So bottom line. Great bedside manor. Total post surgery follow ups and in house PT if you choose to keep the whole procedure in office. I used an outside PT because it was just closer to my house. Dr Steve is one of the good guys.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
