WARNING: this office claims to understand and be able to serve special needs children. THEY DO NOT have a true understanding. The front office staff was incredibly blunt and uncaring the moment we arrived for a filling visit for my 10 yo daughter. While this was the third appointment to this clinic in a week, no one had ever mentioned that there were apparently special restrictions for COVID where anyone 5 and over could not have a parent with them in the treatment room. This was not explained in advance, nor implemented during my 2 previous visits during the same week. We came back for a filling visit with my autistic daughter and I was told she would have to go back by herself. Due to anxiety this is not a possibility for my daughter and she would not go alone. The dentist would not proceed until either myself or my 5 year old daughter moved to the waiting room (alone and unattended!)
