I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Dr James Fox this allergy season. I’ve had terrible seasonal allergies for the past 12 years or so suffering through every spring with constant sneezing, wheezing, coughing, puffy eyes and overall wanting to crawl out of my own skin. I started doing allergy shots with him this past January and for the first time in a very long time, I am going to be able to enjoy this spring season outside!! Very smart and just about one of the best doctors around. I’d rate more stars if I could as I am so unbelievably thankful!!

i have been having health issues and came to get food allergy testing done to see if that may be causing other problems in my life. dr. james fox was so sweet and asked many questions. he explained everything he would be doing step by step and was very detail oriented with explaining the details. i was taken back quickly and out as soon as the tests were done ! returning soon for more procedures

Dr Fox is amazing and so is Dr. Kiken. The people who work at the office are not the nicest. Not speaking for all of them, just my few encounters. Maybe it was a bad day for them when I was in. Been here 3 times and have not had pleasant encounters at the front office. Don’t come early or on time because you wait forever to get in. Might as well come at least 20 minutes after you’re scheduled. Ive waited at least 30 minutes after my scheduled time to get in. Usually even longer. I have waited over an hour. Very very frustrating. Once you get in, it is great but everything before that is not very pleasant. I still recommend coming here! Dr. Fox and Dr. Kiken are very kind and intelligent. You just need a lot of patience to deal with the front office and to wait such a long time.

Took my grandma here. Doctor was great. The receptionist up front is an absolute disgrace to society. How dare you treat the elderly with nothing but RESPECT, PATIENCE, & KINDNESS. Don't come here unless you feel like being belittled by some witch who thinks she's better than the rest of the world.

I’ve been coming to Dr.James for longer than many years. He is bye far and large the most thorough Physicians I’ve seen in my lifetime, His scheduling is consistently punctual, return phone calls expedited quickly, as well as, dealing with my pharmacy. I’ve never left a visit or a call feeling shortchanged. The doctors knowledge is outstanding and that’s an understatement. He’s got a very professional, yet personal, and genuine at that, bedside manner. As happy as I’ve been with the Doctor, hats off on him, and a great big thank you to the staff. I find that a very important component, they’re my first point of contact with anything l need to do with my healthcare relationship with them. They must agree with me to some degree about the doctor, because some of them have been there as long as I have. For to long it couldn’t have been better. Thank you all!!!

Horrendous office staff. I have been going here for years ans they never have been overly polite or professional however this last time they were gossiping about staff, breaking HIPPA by having customers on speaker, AND forgot to check me in so I waited 45 mins before they realized I was waiting for no reason. Meanwhile the staff office does not have windows so u can hear every conversation of the receptionists. Enough for me to find another doctor.

Dr James Fox is absolutely the brightest allergist I've ever met and I've met many. I was sick for 14 years prior to seeing Dr Fox and he was the only one that was able to make my life more manageable because of allergies. He's kind and considerate and goes out of his way to take care of his patients. Absolutely....one of a kind!!!

Dr. Alissa Fox was thorough enough for what I was seeing her for, but her staff was some of the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever encountered at a doctor's office. They were speaking about things that should not be spoken about in front of patients and were just unhappy people and when I called to ask a question about my bill they were extremely rude. I first called to make an appointment and asked if it was covered under my insurance and they said yes, when in fact it was not. They also would not recode my appointment to make it covered under insurance (they would have got paid either way if they would have done that). I would not recommend going to this practice.

For nearly 24 years my son has been seen by Dr. James A. Fox. Today he called to make an appointment, and since he hadn't seen the doctor in a few years, he asked if Dr. Fox was still there. The person on the other end of the phone was unbelieveably rude and went off on my son. Sorry Dr. Fox, I really like you but I will not be returning.

Dr. James Fox was the only one who was able to help my newborn baby with her food allergies. Several pediatricians said they could not do anything, but Dr. Fox found the problem (proteins in the breastmilk). He treated us with patience and respect. He counseled me on my diet so I could avoid the foods my daughter was allergic to. She became a different baby! Both of my children have multiple food allergies and we have been going to Dr. Fox for 10 years now. I would not trust anyone else!
