Doctor Arno is knowledgeable, caring, great bedside manner and always listens. I have been with him many years. He and his staff are great. Highly recommend.

I came to him at the beginning of the pandemic as I had previously had pneumonia and wanted to be sure that my lungs were healthy. First of all, he was completing unprofessional and treated me like a child. After being evaluated, I was told that all was well and I didn’t need to return. This was October 2020. In 2022, I was applying for life insurance and was denied because of a report from Dr. Arno which stated that I had early signs of emphysema. In contacting the doctor, I was treated very disrespectfully, as if I was making the whole thing up. To make matters worse, I had to wait several days to get confirmation that I was not ill. It has been a nightmare! Stay away.

I highly recommend Dr. Arno. He diagnosed my issue quickly and put me on a treatment plan that cleared up my problem in no time. Dr. Arno monitored my progress closely and returned my calls in a timely manner. Best of all, Dr. Arno is a kind man and listens respectfully. His staff gets 5 stars too!!! Wendy February 2022

I recently switched to Dr. Arno from another practice and I'm very happy that I did. The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Arno is pleasant and knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and answer any questions. I've never felt rushed or dismissed. I was seen at the scheduled appointment time, which is not always the case elsewhere. I would definitely recommend Dr. Arno.

My mom had been in the care of Dr. Arno for the past 8 years. Dr. Arno was the one doctor she saw on a regular basis (every 3 months and sometimes more) for her bronchiectasis. He got to know my mom really well and always cared for her with compassion, concern and a friendly smile. He always made time to see my mom, follow-up with her, and was available by phone anytime, too. In the last week of my mom’s life (she was 89), Dr. Arno was there for her and our family, always answering questions and concerns with her treatment. We are very grateful to have had Dr. Arno for the many years of professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate care for my mom. Dr. Arno is a wonderful doctor and the office staff always was helpful and warm. If you need a pulmonologist, don’t look further than Dr. Arno, “The Lung Doctor.”

Dr. Arno is an excellent Pulmonologist. I have been taking my father to him for the past 1.5 years. He has taken care of my father by recommending new techniques on how to keep his lung function stable as well as improve it. He spends ample time with my father at every appointment and answers every question we have, patiently. Medicine can be very complex at times, Dr. Arno goes above and beyond by simplifying things and helping us understand everything.

After my first visit at Dr. Arno's office, I walked away very impressed by his skill and knowledge of medicine. He is very thorough in his assessment, and displays a very kind and caring attitude. His compassion for his patients is very evident as he listens and provide quality, and easily understood feedback. He is very easy to talk to, and makes you feel at ease during those stressful moments. His office staff is great, and greets you warmly upon arrival. The atmosphere in Dr. Arno's office is very calm and inviting.

I am writing to thank Dr. Arno for the excellent care I received during my visits to the office in the past couple months .Dr Arno is one of the best pulmonologist I have seen.It is not easy to find a good doctor that really takes patient's concerns. He is calm, positive, thorough, attentive, flexible, and professional . Dr. Arno made me feel comfortable and relaxed and asked me detailed medical histories and current problems . He spent time with me and explained how to take the medicine prescribed, discussed medical issues and made recommendations as what I need. I had the sense that this doctor really cared about my whole being and not just the fact that I needed medications ,treatments and diagnosis tests.As I am MSN RN I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone that values their health and wants a doctor that’s holistic, empowering, and compassion.I give him 5 stars!
