This doctor had no patience he lectured me on how he hates the people come in when their ailments no longer are affecting them. How can I help it if it took 2 weeks before I got the appointment. And he said that's not the problem. When I had read his bio he sound like he was more general and not specifically knee replacement. So when I talked to about my neck I got another lecture.Unless you know how to self-diagnose and tell him what you want done I do not recommend this

I have been Dr. Depaolo‘s patient for six years, he has an upbeat bedside manner. Dr. Depaolo is a very personable person, he really cares about his patients. His office is very clean, the staff is very patient. I highly recommend anybody going to see Dr. Depaolo. You won’t be let down.

I had been a patient of Dr. DePaola for over a decade. Having had a hard time getting an appointment with him, I took a few appointments with a Dr. from the same office for a few visits. Having just called to schedule a physical, I was informed that I was no longer a patient of his since I hadn't seen him in a few years, and he is not accepting new patients. It is unfortunate because I genuinely liked and respected DePaola - it is a shame his office does not have the same respect for patients. If you are looking for a an office that can be relied on, I can not in good faith recommend them.

Dr. Depaola is a wonderful Dr. Takes his time .Answers your questions and very friendly. His office staff is horrific .Will not renew meds. Even though it has not been 6 months for med check. You cannot get an appointment when you are sick. They argue wth you when you would like to speak with a nurse.If you have HBP and your med. Maintains it you won't after speaking to them. Have spoke to Dr. About office staff on several occasions but nothing is ever done. They get ruder each time you call. When you say your sick they tell you he doesn't have an appointment for 1 1/2 months or longer. If you have a serious illness you could die .Try to document what they sayso theycan be held responsible if something seriously happens to you.
