I was totally happy with this place until Gina told me to come back in 3 months for another cleaning and I explained my coverage is for 6 months. She told the girl at the front desk to schedule me for 3 months and it would be free per Gina. I went back in 3 months and I was told I would have to pay a fee because it's not covered by my insurance. I explained that Gina told me it would not have a fee and I also had an appt card that said no fee! They would not honor this and it was not around the corner from me I had to travel a half hour to get there. I left. The office calls me to tell me they I recharged and I have a $60. Credit. I am now waiting for my $60 refund which was an overcharge on their part. The first thing you are required to do when you walk in this office is pay. Why do I need to wait so long for my money back! It's impossible to get through to their billing dept. I did reach them 11/29/23 after many on hold calls and was told if I did not receive my refund in 4-5 weeks to call back! I am still waiting for my refund and still trying to get through to billing!! You be the judge if you want to deal with this type of service!!

I love the staff at Eastern Dental in Brick, New jersey. Gina ALWAYS makes you feel sooo comfortable. The Doctor and Carla were awesome. They explain everything to you. I recommend this office for all your dental needs.. Patricia Corrente

Professional, courteous and relaxed and even fun. I felt very comfortable from the time I walked in to the time I left. My sister Mary Ann Lester was a periodontist in Rochester, NY and her practice was one of the best up there. My experience with Eastern Dental was on par with my late sister’s. I can’t give a better compliment than that! Thank you to everyone there. 😊

My follow up visit today 2/7/23 with Dr.Hamidi and his wonderful assistant was great!....The doctor is so professional & calm, I'm having implants & he makes you feel so comfortable & relaxed. His female assistant answered all of my questions and took the time to explain in great detail ...Kodoo's to Dr. Hamidi & his assistant! Thanks Peter Scipilliti
