Been to both Brick and Robbinsville NorthStar Vetss and they are beyond amazing! They have such a loving and caring team! I had such pleasant interactions with all staff!! They show so much love and care for these animals. My dog had an amazing experience with the opthomologist, Dr. Vygantas. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of help with their pet… they will definitely get the care and love they need! Thank You NorthStar for making my dog Jaime feel so much better!!

I'm immensely grateful to NorthStar Vets for their exceptional care of my dog Jamie's eye. When she developed an ulcer, preventing her from opening her eye, I turned to NorthStar. Dr. Vygantas confirmed the diagnosis, and provided necessary precautions and medication, and explained everything thoroughly. The commitment to prioritizing animals' well-being was evident in their approach and I couldn't be happier to have such a compassionate emergency vet nearby. Only after a couple of days, Jamie’s eye was healing and is now fully healed. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Long wait time but doctor was very good. Techs were good as well. We talked about different options which I like. I would recommend if anyone needs emergency vet in the area.

It was so comforting knowing the Brick office was open 24/7 since I live so close by. I was told if your pet needs to be held over night that you have to go to the other location. Very disappointed knowing you close at 11pm.

Dr. Shapely did such a wonderful job of keeping our Bella on her feet for 2 yrs. Because of his expertise, in Acupuncture we were able to have her for 2 more yrs then we would have and for that we are very grateful. He is the best.

The vet tech was very negative towards my dog Luna once she asked her breed. Luna is a rescue and her DNA showed 25% Cocker Spaniel and 25% Pitbull and the rest mix of Lab, Catahoula and few others. She said “so pit mix”, which she is but she is also cocker spaniel mix or lab mix, etc. She told the doctor because the doctor said our dog may be aggressive and she may need to take her in the back for exam. She didn’t need to and her exam went fine. The. When we were done the same tech asked us to take her outside to wait for our paperwork which took half an hour. All other dogs sat in lobby with their owners waiting. As a vet , especially an emergency vet, you should not make owners and pets feel like that. The front desk is not the friendliest eirher. But the doctors are good.

My baby is so anxious going to the vet so I hesitantly took him here when he was acting off and the receptionist and assistant were so nice. The nurse Jess Tag was so amazing and honest with me and I’m so grateful for my experience with her, she explained everything so thoroughly and was so compassionate toward my baby. She made me feel comfortable with them.
