He found that my optic nerves were swollen and sent me with a script to the ER right away. It turned out that I had spinal fluid building up caused by a pseudo tumor. I was admitted to the hospital and taken care of. thank God for Dr Mack!!!

These four stars go to Dr. S and Dr. S alone. She is amazing and very thorough and patient and just a very genuinely sweet doctor all around. However, the office staff was very cold and unhelpful. I stood in the office, in front of two women waiting for them to acknowledge me, as they were on their phones and they both ignored me until I spoke up. Wish the office staff was as diligent and warm as Dr. S.

Called to ask if they accept an insurance company, the lady said NO and hanged up on me even that the insurance company confirmed that they accept it.

I had a slight problem with my contacts and the Dr was trying everything he could to get it right. Unfortunately i have always had this problem due to my eye condition but i was very happy that he tried everything he could. Dr also made me feel comfortable and didnt feel like i was rushed out the door.
