I had a great experience from the reception area, was called to go back for my biopsy within 5 minutes, was escorted by a very nice man and was explained everything in detail as to what was going to be done, ultrasound and biopsy...Dr. Kaplan was extremely personable, patient in talking to me about what was going to happen and all went very smoothly...I don't have 1 complaint at all....My wife has cancer and went thru 6 months of chemo and now 6 weeks of radiation and I know I was kind of squeezed in for my appt. by Lisa who my wife explained the situation and she wanted to accompany me today, so am thankful to Lisa also... I would highly recommend Dr. Kaplan to everyone, He was amazing and trust me, my wife will tell you, I am a tough customer but he is great!!

What an amazing experience!!! After having another facility botching my thyroid biopsies twice. I was referred to this facility. This Doctor was gentle, caring, understanding. I was so nervous at first but WOW!! Only reason I didn’t give him and his staff 10 stars it’s because it only goes to 5. Thanks Mr. Gregory U/S tech and the very kind young assistant. I’m sorry I do not remember your name. My anxiety was over the top before procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Kaplan if you are having a thyroid biopsy. GBU the staff. Thank you so much…
