If I could give no stars I would. PATIENT BEWARE. Dr. Pahuja conducted an appendectomy on me back in 2014 through CMC which began a nightmare of issues. What should have been a simple procedure had gone horribly wrong. He snipped my vein and sent me to my room to be dispatched within hours. I told my nurse Susie that I needed the bathroom. I sat down in the bathroom and all I can remember is the room spinning. Woke up on the bed with a cardiac team, nurses and the head surgeon of ASSA. My blood pressure was 40, I had lost so much blood that I was gone for quite some time. All I had was an account from the nurse and the neighboring patient who told me they called a code blue and were freaking out. I bled out 2 liters of blood into my abdomen and in turn got sepsis, an abscess, all because this surgeon didn't notice he clipped my vein. I spent that month in the hospital and suffered incredible financial loss being out of work for months. This is the shortened version of the story. By the grace of God I lived and made it through although now I have organ adhesions and issues ever since that I am 6 years later still working through. And all I got was a "We're really sorry, clearly there were mistakes." Mistakes that cost me a lot. I don't wish this on any one. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
