Visit today was for X-rays due to a fall and pain. Had to stand and wait almost five minutes to check in while there were four people behind partition. Five people were waiting after me. Filled out forms before I arrived. Was told form’s never received. Had to fill out new forms. Other then checking in everyone was great.

I discovered AMI when my usual place couldn't take me for a week, it will be my choice from now on. Scheduling was easy and quick; staff is courteous, accommodating and efficient; the technician skillful and cordial; the facility is clean and easy to find. They even provided transportation when my husband was ill and needed testing. I appreciate this. Unfortunately, I have one thing against them. Update: Nothing is perfect. Last year I wanted a breast ultrasound, only. I was told they wouldn't do it without a mammo, but if I went to another facility for it, they would do the next one without the mammo. I went to Holmdel Imaging, had the ultrasound with no issues. That person at AMI was either misinformed or misled me. When the time came for the second ultrasound, I was again refused. I abhor being forced to submit to testing I don't want. I have lost respect for AMI, and am changing my rating. If Holmdel Imaging can do this test with no qualifications, any facility can. They just choose not to. Unacceptable. Thermography is much safer and more accurate than mammograms. My body: My choice!
