Dr. Cascarina is the best!

When I was struggling with personal issues Dr. Cascarina made arrangements for me that fit my current lifestyle so that my health and wellness didn’t suffer. He remembers his patients and their needs. His kindness and knowledge is incredibly comforting and rare to find. This man and his office staff are some of the finest people in the field. I would recommend any physician in his practice especially him. I’m so grateful to have him taking care of my health and looking out for my overall well-being.

Visited Fri morning. Dr said if symptoms persist, to call/come in. Called Dr on call; returned call w/i 20 minutes. Supported original Doctors suggested meds., which patient is taking. Suggested another over the counter medication, reassured symptoms not emergent. However, welcome to call/come in to office if symptoms persist.

I’m rating the office 1/5 stars because of Joanne the secretary/receptionist, in hopes that the office sees this. All the other staff and physicians are absolutely wonderful. However, every single time I walk in Joanne ignores the fact that I’ve been standing there waiting for her for at least 3-4 minutes. Then, after she’s finally ready to check you in she’s just flat out rude and arrogant when she speaks to you. This isn’t once in a while, this is each and every single time I come here, which has been for the past 10 years or so. I understand she’s been working here for a while and has some type of seniority, but that does not mean she can talk to the patients the way she does, her attitude needs to be addressed. I haven’t said anything because I’ve taken it with a grain of salt, but after coming in last week and seeing that she also treats the other patients this way was so frustrating. The patients would be asking the simplest of questions and she would purposely make them feel as though they are idiotic. Her job is literally to speak and answer any questions of the patient, obviously this isn’t the job for her any longer. This a terrible first impression of this office for those that are new because like I said, every other person here is so nice and kind. Thank you.

Agree with AP's post, receptionist is nasty. Dr. Cacarina and everyone else in office was very nice and polite. would have been a 4-5 if it wasn't for the bad attitude of the receptionist. First impressions are lasting impressions

Dr Cascarina is a great Dr. Always attentive to your problems. His staff shows the same concerns as the Dr

He is down to earth and very caring, and takes the time with each patient to really listen and understand so he can be the best of help! He is the epitome of what a dr. Should be! He is literally the only reason I have any faith left in the medical field as a whole!

Always excellent and response is prompt.

Dr. Cascarina was wonderful! BUT!!! The two women at the Window are always RUDE and uncaring! If he gets rid of them I'll come back to his practice!!!
