List of Pm Pediatrics. Brick's Reviews
NASTY AND RUDE AND UNSAFE. Both staff at the front desk and doctor. Take your kids somewhere else. Even a covid test is not worth it. The wait is several hours even with a appointment. Rude lady at the desk (just like the other reviews report). If you want to wait up to 4 hours to get subpar care then this is your place to go. If you want children to get better or covid test GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The 4.2 stars may be because they are encouraging only a select few to leave a review. This place may give you covid and not worth the frustrations of wasting your day there.
Rude and unsafe office. Wait time can be 2-3 hours or longer even with an appointment. AVOID this office if you love yourself and care about your children. No social distancing so likely you will be exposed to COVID because they allow everyone in. They overbook and then lady at the reception is super rude. Need to waste another time registering your ID/Insurance even when you have done it a few times before and nothing has changed. Then another wait wait of up to 1-2 hours even with an appointement. Need to go in knowing you will wast up to 3-5 hours to get terrible care. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE EVEN IF ITS AN HOUR DRIVE. They punish their patients with rudeness and heartlessness. Even the doctor was rude and talks down to you.
Horrible service, very rude, incompetent doctors and staff and wait time can be 3-4 hours. Be prepared to wait up 2-3 hours even if you made appointment. What's the use in making an appointment. Rude doctors and rude staff. Unsafe conditions, over dozen patients in the waiting area in middle of a pandemic. Trying to get a Covid test or just a plain urgent care visit try somewhere else. Did online tele visit because in person is about a 5 hour wait if you can even get a same day visit. Needed a covid test and was told no need to wait after coming in because already had the televisit. The rude lady behind the desk gave me attitude all the way through. You must reregister and this happened to everyone else also, so another 10 minutes of registration even if you have been there dozen times. Then another wait in very packed and unsafe office full of sick people. I could see frustration in almost everyone that went.
Personal is unprofessional, they talked to me rudely and I could not get an answer to my question.I waited in line for more than two hours, although I had an appointed time.
The reservation system they have in place has no significance, the receptionist mentioned that they make decisions on the fly who goes in next. The front desk was rude and our experience was awful. Unfortunately for us not many urgent care facilities take kids under 4. The doctors are always in a rush.
We have been there twice in the last couple of weeks for different reasons and both visits went smoothly. We were walk-ins both times - the first time we were seen pretty quickly. The second time there was a wait but they were honest about it and the estimate was fairly close. They have an app and it allows you to track the wait. The waiting room and patient were clean and they limit the number of people in the waiting room allowing for proper social distancing. All of the staff that we saw were kind, friendly, patient and great with kids. They were gentle with their exams and any procedures that needed to be done.
Dr. Moses is fabulous! A few months ago, my son was coughing frequently. It became progressively worse on a Saturday but I was unable to get him an appointment at our pediatrician. As a result, we went to PM Pediatrics and my son was treated by Dr. Moses who gave him a nebulizer treatment. During our visit, he gave us his undivided attention, listened to my description of my son’s health history and suggested a course of action. He told me to follow up with my pediatrician, but his suggestion was to see a pulmonologist for asthma. When we saw the pediatrician, he agreed with Dr. Moses on some treatment, but he did not agree with the need to see a pulmonologist. Thankfully, we trusted Dr. Moses and saw a pulmonologist. My son is now a much happier 5 year old! Side note- every time I tell my son we are going to the doctor, he asks if he’s seeing his favorite doctor at the place with all the animals on the walls!
Ridiculous wait time even with appointment and Staff is so rude to answer why. I hate this place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. We waited in lobby for more than 2 hours. It’s not worth.
I have been here 4 times in 2 months and each time we were treated fairly. Wait time with appointments or not, as we have done both, is as expected in such a setting. They do try to get you in as quickly as they can.Staff has been very respectful.
Do not go here!!!! This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. My 2 yr old son just fell and hurt himself badly so we came here thinking that this was an urgent pediatric care center. It was neither. The receptionist was very rude and unsympathetic. She yelled at us to see if we had an appointment scheduled even though the name of the business had “urgent care” as part of their business name. She then asked if the appointment was for one of us or our kid even though this was a pediatric urgent care center. At this point in time my son was crying and in lots of pain. I was very surprised by the totally lack of empathy or sympathy for my son and what he was going thru. I got so frustrated with her rudeness and poor manners. We left and went to hunterdon urgent care in Flemington. It was the best decision we made. They were 1000% better. My son got treated immediately.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
