Dr. Hekiert is an amazing doctor. She is very knowledgeable about her field. Her hands are so skillful that her ENT procedures are not that painful at all. She explains treatment plans really clearly which not many doctors have the time to do so. We trust this doctor with our patients.

In Sept 2020 I was diagnosed by Dr. Hekiert with LPR and also with a polyp on my vocal cord. Dr Hekiert prescribed medicine and lifestyle changes for the LPR and also performed surgery to remove the polyp. Her bedside manner both before and after the surgery was very comforting and my voice came back beautifully. However, pathology revealed that the polyp was cancerous and I was diagnosed with Stage 1 Vocal Cord Cancer. In relaying the diagnosis, Dr. Hekiert was extremely compassionate, kind, and empathetic which helped greatly in alleviating my shock and fear. She was very knowledgeable and clear in communicating my options and helped me to maintain a positive outlook. In addition, she helped me obtain immediate treatment from a highly skilled Head and Neck cancer surgeon who then performed successful surgery to remove the cancer. I cannot say enough about the outstanding care that I received from Dr. Hekiert. She is a very highly skilled ENT doctor and surgeon, is an excellent and thorough communicator, and by far one of the most caring doctors I know. Overall, I highly recommend Dr Hekiert...she treats you like family and is one of the best physicians out there. I am forever grateful for her care!

Even though Adrianna Heikert is a well qualified doctor, her office practice is the worst. They messed up my prescriptions leaving me with a huge bill eith my pharmacy and in spite of calling & leaving messages to change a prescription, they turned a deaf ear. I asked to speak to the doctor but she never called back. The office girls don’t let you reach the doctor. I was suffering due to wrong medication, but they didn’t care. When I demanded to speak to the doctor and told her I would report the practice on social media, they hung up and I received a one way voicemail later saying that they don’t want to treat me anymore. Horrible people run this like a business. I am looking for ways to report this practice to the consumer court.

Dr. H. Listens to your concerns and takes active. My husband had a tumor in his throat that resulted in throat cancer. Other doctors kept giving him antibiotics which was not an infection. I have faith in Dr. H.
