I got there for my appt on time, and I waited a total of 1 hour & 45 mins before even being seen by the Dr, between the original waiting room, then the 2nd waiting room, then waiting in the office some more. Then once the Dr came in she examined my eye that I had a problem with which only took her a total of 5 minutes. I don’t believe my eye was diagnosed correctly. I had big deep scratch on my eye and the Dr said she did not see any scratch and it must have healed, which is obviously not true because I was able to take a picture of the huge scratch myself with my cell phone. After almost waiting 2 hours, only being seen for 5 minutes & misdiagnosed, it was not worth the expensive “specialist” co-pay. All in all I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and my appointment at the eye center all together, and will not be returning.

I was very happy with Dr. Moshel. The wait at The Eye Specialists was a little long but it was worth it to wait to see her. She was thorough and kind and helped me tremendously with my eye problems! I highly recommend her!

This review is not of Dr. Moshel, but of Eye Specialists. My sister and I took my 85-year-old mother, with heart problems and dementia there today for an appointment with Dr, Moshel. We checked in on time, then sat in the waiting room for over an hour. While there, we watched other patients come in, be called, and go in for their appointments. I asked, and was told five minutes - twice, After one and one-half hours we got up and left. We never got to see Dr,. Moshel, but we will NEVER go back!
