Dr Choi is a true professional. He is extremely knowledgeable , kind, and caring. He takes his time to explain all care options and answers all questions in a clear and concise manner. He even takes the time to return calls personally when reviewing test results. His office staff is equally as professional... They are kind and considerate of your privacy. Dismissive and disappointing. I waited 3 months to see Dr. Choi, albeit my referring dentist should have specified it was Dr. Conte I needed to see, I was excited at least be seen by this "specialist" Choi, and I hoped he would give a second opinion. The receptionist was absolutely amazing. Enter in Dr. Choi, who met me in waiting room to argue that it was not him I should see. Ok, second opinion? Look at my problem? Offer some advice? No. I had to insist he look at my periodontal disease, he is a periodontist with all these 5 star reviews, right? It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had, 40 mile round trip to see this jerk. Insensitive and obviously overrated.
I had terrible back pain and vomiting. I saw Dr. Choi and he diagnosed my issue as a kidney stone and clearly explained what my options were. Dr. Choi and his staff went out of their way to arrange the procedure for me. The surgery was successful and I feel fantastic! Thank you Dr. Choi & Staff!

Dr Choi was extremely professional, thorough, and was very kind to us when we were seeking information about our infant's condition. He gave us excellent advice, explained the diagnosis in a way that made it very easy for us to understand, and clearly laid out the follow up strategy. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatric urologist.
Terrible Doctor. Two failed surgeries for kidney stones. Months in pain, lost hours at work and endless hospital bills. Went to another Urologist and one surgery later no more issues or excuses. And left a stent in without following up to make sure it was removed. Terrible & unprofessional doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
