I did not find Dr. Hup to be helpful or knowledgeable with my current issue. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

Dr Hup is the most caring doctor I have ever found. I am in my late sixties and she takes the time to sit and talk with me every time I go. She keeps up with my health, not just physical, but makes me feel cared for. When I have needed a specialist, she finds me one and gets the reports to follow up with me.

We had our first appt with Dr. Hup and my daughter and I were really impressed with her warm demeanor, attitude and manner. It's rare for a doctor to spend a lot of time with you and as far as family practice doctors go -- we thought she was great and did not feel rushed at all!

Very hard to get in touch office,on hold for a half hour. Prescription refills are very difficult.

Do not go to her. She mocked me when I came in for my last appt. Then I was yelled at for not doing a telehealth visit after I was told over the phone it had to be in person. Did not refill my prescription and judged me for seeing doctors other than her. Even specialty doctors. Behaves like a tyrant.

Self righteous, cold, unprofessional. I was completely appalled by my last visit with her. I came in during a pandemic to have her basically shame me the entire time. Would never recommend her and she does not seem to have any regard for the well-being of her patients.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Hup. I have been going to her for several years, Whenever I have any questions I write her and she responds very quickly and when I get test results in she will forward those results to me very quickly. Also she takes the time to listen and you are never rushed out of her office..She is the best! And I drive over 1 hour to see her for visits.
