Arrogant, petulant and unprofessional behavior and he is there just to sell frames and take your insurance money, irresponsible rude and rude nurse she commented: you can not pick and choose your dr just take what insurance pay “ well you are wrong, I’m a smart proud Italian woman with an accent but I choose who will make a decision how I take care my eyes my body and my mind! Grace Zaravelis stroke survivor since 2011 and I choose my doctors! I’m proud of myself my accent and my intellect!

I have been seeing Dr Kasparack for over 20 years. He always takes his time, explains everything to me and his staff is top notch

Dr. Kaspareck who is normally just unpleasant became downright ugly when I complained that the lenses that he prescribed caused such eye strain in my left eye that it caused pain. He went ahead and changed the prescription for the right eye but of course it had no effect on the pain that I had been experiencing. Rather than return to his office for a third time, not knowing how he might react a third time, I now read without my glasses, something I am able to do, and for distance I wear glasses that are a year old and most importantly, do not cause pain.

I used to go here and went away for a while. Went today because I needed to treat an eye infection and I was glad to see they were still here. Everyone in the office is so nice and the doctor is so knowledgeable I was very glad to be back!

We have been seeing Dr. Kaspareck for over a decade now and wouldn't go to anyone else. He is knowledgeable, professiona,l and most of all conservative and reasonable in his approach. Highly recommend.

Dr. Kaspareck rates five stars. He is the best. His receptionist Carol, however, and his optometrist Floyd, could use a refresher course in patient courtesy. Both appear to be continuously sucking on a lemon.

Dr. K is a very caring, mild mannered professional. A thorough eye exam; i am border line for reading glasses. He did not pressure me to purchase reading glasses as he said that the readers from a drug store chain are sufficient at this time. I value his honesty as well as his professionalism. Very satisfied with the girl at the front desk; very personable. I travel over an hour to get to this office and find that it is well worth the drive!!
